Great room, but the service and safety were very disappointing.
We picked this place because it was recommended for families. To be fair, the room itself was huge and we really liked the space. However, we had some issues during our stay.
First, the noise level was a problem. The windows don't seem to block much sound, so we could clearly hear the cars outside and it was very noisy throughout our stay.
The service was also frustrating. We checked in and found a broken light, so we called the front desk. They said someone would be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, nobody had shown up. We called again and said they could come in while we were out, but we were actually so tired that we ended up just staying in for the night. Even though we were right there, no one ever showed up. We asked again for the next day, and still—nothing. We spent both nights with a broken light.
Also, the area is kinda sketchy. I wouldn’t suggest walking around the area around the hotel at all, even during the day. We felt pretty uncomfortable. To make it worse, on our second night, my husband saw a man in the lobby with no shirt and shoes—he was bleeding and there was blood all over the floor. I’m just glad my kid didn’t see that.
If you’re traveling with family, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. It really didn't feel like a safe or family-friendly environment.

The noise of cars outside is unbelievable on top of that we have kids running around in the room above us. Rooms are nice as well as staff. Unfortunately I would not recommend staying here.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location in Albuquerque to get to and from Old Town and International Balloon Festival. Staff was very nice and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had many choices. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is at a busy intersection. It is very noisy and felt there is no window and slept outside. The cars and motorcycles dive through on the street not only all day but also all night! At 2:00am you hear a car with very loud music waited at the intersection for green light. It is NO way you can have good sleep!

Everything was nice. Rooms were clean. Although it's adjacent to a rough area it was very safe and secure, to include parking.
