The hotel was absolutely sparkling clean and smelled incredibly fresh. Our room was immaculate and spacious—I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. From now on, we’ll only stay at Home2 Suites whenever we travel.
Every staff member was beyond friendly and helpful. Demaris went above and beyond by bringing us dryer sheets from her own car when the hotel was sold out, which meant so much to us. Mark at the front desk during breakfast was also incredibly kind and welcoming.
This hotel is a solid 10/10. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. If I had to nitpick, the water wasn’t quite as hot as I prefer—but the water pressure was amazing, so it’s hardly a complaint when everything else was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Home2. The staff was very nice. Our room was roomy & clean. The sliding bathroom door drugged. The bed squeaked on the sitting area side. The breakfast was good except for the spicy chicken.

Just spoke with 2 rude ladies at the front desk about a package through chargeback I understand there might’ve been 3 packages there but after almost 2 months and not receiving my package I was just trying to see when the package was picked up or shipped that’s it that’s all , I was falsely accused of harrasing when I was hung up in the face multiple times because she was “ busy “ , the first call she got my name then hung up , busy doesn’t constitute being rude her customer service is terrible especially to “ valued customers “ my company spends a lot of money throughout the year booking this hotel and this is the thanks we get . And then to tell me that I don’t know my name because it might’ve been under my first or middle name and making fun of my names ? What is that ? “ I don’t have time for you to be guessing names “ like what type of customer service is that , if you don’t wanna do your job it’s other people out here in need of a job . Even after being hung up and being rude I still remained calm , it’s not her money spent on a package , this is damn terrible .
