We were met with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Located near the mall and many places to dine. Hot tub could be hotter and stronger jets for muscle relief.

I stayed at this hotel for business, so I didn’t choose this hotel, or book the reservations. The traffic noise was so loud it made it hard to sleep. I also noticed I had a $10 charge on my credit card when I checked out. When I called about it I was informed that they charge for parking. The woman I spoke with told me I was told when I checked in. I was not told about this charge, and after speaking with my coworker, she was not either. I told the woman that they should make sure that they tell people that, and she told me it was my responsibility to check the fees and amenities of a hotel. Somehow their lack of transparency for charges was my fault. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Not happy!! Especially for the price.
Lobby staff during working hours is great, very helpful and polite. Night time staff is rough. I had a question for a middle age woman that was very short, didn't care what I had to say and ended up with an "I'm hard of hearing response". Probably not what I would have as my hotel staff.
Food service seemed short handed and short with their communication as well. No smiling and quick responses. 1 bartender so don't plan on dropping any cash at the bar, stick to the menu cause it was hard to wings made plain without tossed in a descent buffalo sauce for the kids. No complimentary Breakfast... who doesn't do that anymore? Got snapped at when I went to grab a piece of toast and told only coffee and tea are complimentary.
Rooms... these are tight. Beds are comfy but bring your own pillow, they are flat as hell and you'll need 4 to get some sleep, shower is rediculous cause there is more junk bolted to the wall then I have in my garage.
Location sucks, your definitely near a wannabe upper class shopping mall but that's it. If your in need of fuel or coffee close by your SOL! It's ticked behind an apartment complex with zero views. I know there were more rooms open and we got placed staring at a boiler exhaust at the corner of hotel, don't stay in 227!!
Terrible experience but not the first time a Hilton has sucked and we go to alot of hotels being with a travel hockey team!
Hope this helps other hockey teams, do not stay here!
I'll leave on a positive note and say they did take care of the kids with breakfast in a conference room every morning egocentric was very nice but for 240 a night I would think that should be expected.

I'm not satisfied with the services. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at an average of $200 per night. The room itself wasn't bad. However, the A/C unit that was supposed to heat the room made a monstrous noise, so it couldn't be used at night, and it was extremely cold in the room.
Additionally, the hot water didn't work, so I couldn't shower (when I reported it, they came to fix it, but it still didn't work). Finally, the fridge had a strong rotten smell. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
