In short, this was a disappointing stay:
The cost of the rooms is high not worth the stay.
While they do have a Kureg in your room, there is no coffee, tea, or hot water available in the lobby 24/7. This was surprising to us, it’s usually available in decent hotels.
We went for breakfast and were told we could order whatever we liked and it would be comped; the following day we found out the we were still charged for the breakfast. Breakfast itself is ridiculously expensive; if you pay the ten additional dollars for breakfast each day then you get a choice of like 2 things that are “credited” to you from to the $10 up charge. It cost $77 for 4 of us to get a mediocre omelet with a side of like ten potato squares.
It’s by the highway, so be prepared and bring some earplugs. Also be prepared to turn the water on to your shower about 20 minutes before, if you want a warm shower.
The rooms are clean and the staff is nice enough.
The pros:
the bar is chill and the bartender is also super chill.
There is an Italian restaurant within 30 seconds of walking that seems expensive at first, but the portion sizes feed you for like 3 days.
Our work trucks didn’t get broke into.
Final thoughts: This is, by far, the worst Hilton I’ve stayed at as far as amenities go.

I dont write reviews much. But this place was that bad compared to much cheaper hotels. I do not reccomend staying here. I dont want to write a novel to explain everything. Just want to leave a 1 star review.

The AGM was rude and very inconsiderate when I attempted to cancel a reservation. I mistakenly booked a room on the opposite side of town from the event I was attending. When I asked to cancel because I needed to book another Hilton across town the manager said they have a strict no cancellation policy and would not be willing to accommodate. I understand I booked the room and that’s on me. However I was asking for them to be understanding as I was still staying at another Hilton on the same nights. The AGM was not willing to help. Thus seems like an odd policy and greedy on the part of this establishment and the management team.

Its a comfortable place. Beds and pillows are great, but if you get a south facing room you hear the freeway traffic all night.
