We tried to get a room last minute by going to the front desk. The red head girl was very emotionless and cold and told me they were closed. Very strange experience for a hotel.

I rushed to get here following two plane delays and forgot my phone charger. The hotel rep Kelly was kind and went out of her way to ensure my needs during my two night stay was met when she couldn’t find a charger for me and gave me hers to use even though she was going to be off. I’m thankful for the gesture and trust. Made my work trip at ease, thank you Kelly.

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest Hilton Garden Inns that we’ve been to. Great property off main highway but safe with great food/shopping nearby. Janeth, the General Manager is absolutely five stars. She accommodated our check in and room needs and gave us a great recommendation for a local Mexican restaurant for lunch. The lobby is very inviting and they have a great restaurant on property! Highly suggest!

Beware of the hidden parking fee!!! Be aware that they xharge for parking for no reason. This is just a regular hotel with surface parking. There is no reason for this scam!

We arrived at 8 p.m. for our reservation, for a double queen bedroom that we had already paid for to support our family of four. Only to find out it had been rented out to someone else. The only option offered to us was a single queen room, and when we asked for help or alternatives, the staff simply told us we could cancel our room if we didn’t like it.
The next morning, we spoke with the manager hoping to clear things up, but somehow the situation was turned around to make it seem like it was our fault. We left feeling disrespected and confused as to how their mistake became our problem.
We’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but after this experience, we can only give it one star, and that’s being generous. The customer service was absolutely horrendous, and we’ll be looking elsewhere in the future.
