Overall experience was good. Several resturants within walking distance. Room was clean. Only issue was bedding tends to be too heavy for my liking.
Not hotels fault, car street rally occurred in parking lot next to hotel. Hundreds of cars/trucks involved. Watched the even occur from hotel room window. Cops eventually showed up and cleared out the parking lot.

I never interacted with the front staff. There was a big group there and I had a digital key. They had upgraded my room earlier in the day and seemed attentive in that way. I missed getting my free water but otherwise, the whole hotel was immaculate and I felt very comfortable in the little enclave where it is located. I think it is a great and easy hotel and would stay again.

The good things: comfortable bed. Very quiet. Those two things are important. Good breakfast.
Things that need improvement: The carpet could be cleaner alongside the bed & nightstands. The front desk ladies were not at all welcoming. They don’t even look at you. Kindness goes a long ways. A friendly greeting wouldn’t hurt.
Overall, the stay wasn’t bad. Room 520 was spacious. We would stay here again.
