As someone who has stayed at several Hampton Inn locations, I was disappointed to find that this particular hotel was the dirtiest I have ever visited. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the strong unpleasant smell. The room was outdated and dirty, with stains on the wall, hair on the box spring cover, cereal behind the headboard, and a dead bug. It was evident that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Given the late hour and my need for rest, I stayed, but I did not feel comfortable sleeping under the provided sheets. Instead, I used my own throw blanket on top of the comforter. Due to cleanliness concerns, I chose not to use any of the hotel's amenities. If the guest rooms are this dirty, I would not consider using the pool, hot tub, or dining facilities.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly! Hotel very well maintained! Great breakfast as well! Avis welcomed us in and was just working on our reservation as I entered. This will always be my spot when in Albuquerque.

Hotel desperately needs to be updated. Peeling wallpaper, loose tiles in bathroom, broken lamps, hot tub heater broken, no streaming access on televisions, one of two elevators out of service, no parking available one of the nights of my stay. Staff were polite and professional, though. Bed pretty comfortable.

We normally stay at Hilton always on work trips. This one was the worst we have encountered. If it had not been for us being tired that night we would have left. 4th floor king size bedroom. The smell was horrible. Musty and smoke smell even though was smoke free room. My wife’s nose was completely stopped up after about 30 minutes in this room. Bed linens were rough feeling and not a clean smell. The ceiling looked like they had a large hole and was just rigged to cover it. Kept turning air down and did not work. We endured just for 1 night. This was a terrible experience with Hilton!

Dated and basic to lower end hotel. Did not feel clean, though surface clean. Our kid's feet were gross from being on the carpet. Everything was just OK. Not the greatest value for the money ($200 range after taxes and fees for double queen suite) Shower areas had mildew and tiling was coming off the wall around the toilet area. Just felt dated, not the cleanest, and lack of routine maintenance/good cleaning to get rating up to 4 stars. Not terrible, not great. Would I stay here again? If I could not find another option available. That's the fairest & most honest answer I can give.
