The hotel facilities and services are decent, but the entrance is not clearly marked. When exiting from Highway 40, you need to make an immediate right turn onto the first road to reach the hotel. This road is very narrow and one-way, making it easy to miss the entrance.
In addition, the restaurant has limited seating, and breakfast service could be improved as it tends to be slow.

Avoid this hotel. My bike was stolen off our vehicle while staying here for the night, while parked in their main lot under a light. When we asked to see the security footage the front desk was unable to access it, so was her manager and when she finally got ahold of the security system I was told I would need a police report for them to look into the issue.
Clearly there’s no real security and no intention of fixing that. Not a safe area to stay in given their lax approach.
Edited:
I see in the reply below they say they are “currently working on resolving this issue” however I have not been contacted in any way and given their absolute lack of response at the time it occurred it seems highly unlikely that they’re doing anything to “resolve” the theft of my property while I was staying at theirs. Pretty words and no action.

The room was clean, modern and spacious, though dark in the evening, no celing lamp. It had real king size bed, comfortable and with nice sheets.
Bathroom was nice and functional, had full size walking shower, but lot's of visible details showing that it was done cheeply or poorely. Lot's of parking spaces. Hotel is close to the freeway yet not with a direct access and had to take back alleyways through questionable naigbourhood to get to it.

The location is convenient, right off the highway. The service lacked. $130 a night and the bed was broken, had to shimmy the handle just to get into the room. AC didn’t work in first room, second room it worked but not throughout the night. The desk attendant couldn’t care less. Offers laundry room but no quarters for the machines. Cleaning service is every other day, we didn’t need it for one night but for the cost, it definitely should be daily. All in all, this hotel is a dump.

Room was adequate and staff very courteous. The breakfast was more than you will expect from an Hampton Inn. We were there 6 nights.
However
I forgot my iPhone charger in the night table. I am sure of it, no mistake on my part. I called and left messages. Finally I reached Jessica after many days and she told nothing was found in the room……..
Be careful not to leave anything behind, you will not get it back!
Oh the room was cleaned only once even though we were there 6 nights
