An Elegant and Unforgettable New Year’s Stay!
I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque over New Year’s Eve, and it was a truly great stay. The entire hotel is spacious and elegant, starting with the gorgeous lobby that makes a stunning first impression the moment you walk in.
The highlight of our trip was attending a NYE masquerade ball hosted by an outside company right at the hotel. Having our king suite so close to the event made our celebration both safe and fun—no need to worry about travel after the party!
The suite itself was perfect, providing plenty of room to relax and get ready for the big night.
The amenities here are top-notch. The free made-to-order breakfast is incredibly robust and generous, and the complimentary evening reception with nightly cocktails is such a thoughtful touch.
While our room service had a slightly longer wait than usual, management quickly made it right, proving their commitment to excellent guest service.
I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a beautiful and reliable place to stay in ABQ!

I’ve been staying at Embassy Suites for the past five months, and this has truly felt like more than just a hotel stay. It has felt like home.
Every single team member here plays a role in creating that experience, and I want to start by saying thank you to the entire staff. From the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping and everyone behind the scenes, the level of care, professionalism, and consistency has been outstanding.
I’d also like to recognize a few individuals who I’ve interacted with often. At the restaurant, Lorena Harrison, Tariq, and Steven are always warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Esperanza, as part of the hosting team, does a wonderful job creating a welcoming atmosphere and making guests feel comfortable. At the front desk, Tammy, Tim, and Christian consistently go above and beyond to help.
That said, this experience would not be what it is without the full team working together every day. Over a long stay like this, you really see the dedication and pride across the entire staff.
The suites are comfortable and ideal for long term stays, and the daily breakfast and evening reception are thoughtful touches that make day to day life easier and more enjoyable.
I’m incredibly grateful to everyone at Embassy Suites for making my stay so special. This team truly sets a high standard for hospitality, and I highly recommend staying here, especially for extended stays.

This is one of the single worst hotels in all of Albuquerque, weve come to this city many many times and usually stay with Marriot and boy did we screw up by visiting here, bed bugs, rude staff, rude dining staff and im talking upper Management not regular workers, I feel sorry for anyone who works under these disgusting managers, we saw a manager almost fight someone over a room situation. How awful and chaotic.
The lounge sucked, the food was awful your chef or whoever did an awful job, does he know what salt and pepper is?
My children were terrified….we will never be back

Our favorite place to stay in Albuquerque! The location is perfect- very quiet and safe with a beautiful view of the city lights. Great snacks and drinks for happy hour reception every night and wonderful free breakfast with made-to-order omlets! The breakfast chef is incredible and watching her flip omelet pans with ease is impressive! Embassy Suites Albuquerque is truly dog friendly- even XL dogs! We have a Great Dane and after staying here twice, he thinks he owns the place! They greet him by name, give out treats at the front desk, and he loves the people watching from the balcony! There is lots of well-lit places to walk outside also.
