This hotel was an amazing choice for our daughter’s (and baby’s) first balloon fiesta! The staff made the difference here and also loved the morning breakfast burritos at 4am before we left early for the fiesta (not all hotels do that for fiesta). There was one staff member that went absolutely beyond-Dave, head of rooms. Upon walking in the lobby my daughter was amazed how the hotel was decorated with little beautiful hot air balloons. She met Dave as he was finishing up decorating and he just had a way about him that captivated my daughter. He showed her where he was hanging them and the plan for the whole hotel to be dressed up! She watched as he /his team hung the rest of the balloons and even he gave her one for our room!! AND hot chocolate for her during the fiesta mornings. But that’s not all— the next day we went out to the fiesta and came back to our room… we were soooo surprised to see it was filled with these colorful, hot air balloons and a sign— just like the ones the hotel was decorated in! They were all over our ceiling, complete with little goodies, pins, markers and coloring books on the table! I couldn’t even believe the kindness and time he took out of a very busy week for the hotel. Seeing her face was the most magical thing and she got to come back to this hot air balloon dreamland that Dave created. Each night she loved sleeping underneath the hot air balloons!! The balloons above her were the topic of discussion each day and she would just sit and look at them in awe while she drew them. Her first drawing for Dave. We would go visit him with little items she found from the Fiesta. But we could never thank him and the staff enough for making this truly the most memorable experience for our daughter and whole family. This all began just because he took the time to say hi to my daughter and have a conversation with her. It is not often you meet people like Dave.

Bernadette was awesome at the evening reception. She made sure items were stocked and the food area was clean. My kids enjoy the pool, the rooms are always clean and ready at check in. We have stayed at other hotels in Albuquerque but none can match this Embassy.

I have been living at this Embassy Suites for 8 months occasioned by a flood in my home. The following staff members among others made my stay pleasant to an extent that I would consider selling my home and living here permanently but for loving my home: Wendy, Lindell, Grace, Felice, Lora, Bernadette, Muriel, SuPaK and, Tim. I cannot thank these staff members enough for making my stay memorable.

I was a guest in Room #908 from October 24th to October 26th. I utilized the online check-in feature via email and the Hilton app to streamline my arrival process, anticipating a digital key. Regrettably, the digital key was not issued. Upon my arrival, I encountered a significant queue at the front desk, resulting in a considerable wait. I found the accommodations to be unsatisfactory. Specifically, the shower floor in the bathroom was unclean, and the pull-out bed appeared soiled. Furthermore, the water pressure during showering was inadequate. I must emphasize that this establishment does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Given these deficiencies, I am dissatisfied with the cost incurred for my stay.
