    Never in my 30 years of travel have I experienced such a chaotic, poorly managed hotel. Our nightmare week began with two days of no hot water and no breakfast. No communication whatsoever from management except a piece of paper taped in the elevator and no indication of when hot water or food would return. We were left to figure it out in our own for 48 hours. After complaints, I was offered a free one night stay. Really? That’s the best you can do when you leave me without bathing or food for 2 days? Please. It’s insulting. Then, for reasons that are unknown, someone charged into the hotel, started setting off fire alarms and waking everyone at 3am. Despite giving us a new room, we had to pack up at 5am and then they didn’t even bother to extend breakfast hours, despite paying customer being up in the middle of the night for 3 hours. Again, seriously? Who is running this place? No humanity. No compassion. Just blind dummies following rules. If that wasn’t enough, apparently, room fridges are only for beer because ours had the freezer section ripped out so that the entire fridge was actually a freezer? The result? MY CHILDS ISULIN FROZE overnight. Yes, that right, life saving medication was destroyed by these incompetent fools. Lastly, the bathroom had mold and smelled like poo from the moment we arrived. I’m really baffled by the 5 start reviews on this place. My guess, and it’s only a guess, is they come from friends and family of staff who regularly use the hotel for social events. Don’t stay here. Ever.

    Perfect stay and staff was always helpful. Special shout out to Breakfast Buffet Lady Extrodainre - Lorrainne! She was always on the job and making sure visitors had plenty of choices 👏

    Had our room pre booked a week before our stay. On check in we were given a key to a room with someone in it, unbelievable!!! Imagine walking into your hotel room and someone else is in there staying, good thing they were dressed!!!The lady at the front desk didn’t even apologize!!! They done nothing to fix there mistake. Will never be back to this place again!!!
