Imagine walking into your hotel room and someone else is in there staying, good thing they were dressed!!!The lady at the front desk didn’t even apologize!!! They done nothing to fix there mistake. Will never be back to this place again!!!

The receipt showed my wife's name and not mine which I cannot use for claim submission at my workplace. I called front desk same night and was assured the corrected receipt was emailed. Never got the email. When looked into my wife's membership, it clearly showed the booking in my name !!! Printed from there. Not sure why front desk is not able to provide the correct receipt. I stayed at the same place a week ago and that receipt came out correct.
