    I had the worst experience in all my entire life not clean food is so bad front desk staff are need to be more polite and helpful I will never stay in Hampton again web site said they have a shuttle service to metro park train station is a big fat bad Mia information

    After a long drive from Massachusetts to North Carolina, we stopped in Woodbridge around 2:00 AM hoping to get a room for the night. Unfortunately, the front desk clerk told us they were unable to accommodate us because the hotel had already “closed out the day” and could not accept any new reservations. We were surprised, as this hotel is located right off I-95, where late-night travelers and walk-ins would seem fairly common. No alternative options or accommodations were offered, which left us with no choice but to continue driving through the night. This was an unexpected and disappointing experience, especially given the location and the time of night.

    Great staff. Lot of issues locating the place and the room wasn't as good as we usually expect. Staff made corrections as soon as they knew about them. Did so with positive attitude. Awesome help!

    Awesome location, my room was super clean and the front desk ladies were very attentive. Reason for 3 stars is because my last experience was not as good. Consistency is the main opportunity

    This is my hotel of choice when in the area. It is conveniently located near major highways. Restaurants, eateries and shopping trips are local. Guests are greeted with a beautiful well lit lobby entrance. And, of course, friendly, polite, professional and courteous staff members. The breakfast selection and overnight coffee bar is inviting. Thank you for your warm welcome and friendly departure.
