I Will Never Recommend This Hotel. I made a reservation for a king room, but upon arrival, I was given a queen room without any notice or explanation. To make matters worse, there was no running water in the bathroom. I didn’t even stay the night and checked out immediately. Despite these issues, the hotel refused to give me a refund and the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. Extremely disappointing experience. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The unicorn of affordable hotels. Very seldom do I find a hotel that checks all of the boxes. This one certainly does. Extremely clean, smells great, low pet fee, the housekeeping staff are all so approachable and kind. Finally, the front desk associate named Jackie goes above expectation. She has a warm vibe and caring personality. I wasn’t feeling top notch and called to see if they had a cold medicine at the desk. Without asking she brought it to my door. She also handled my accommodations seamlessly. I greatly appreciate the hospitality here!

After multiple great stays at this hotel, i’ve unfortunately encountered a terrible experience with staff that would never make me wanna come back here! An employee named Tammy lead to a very unpleasant and quite frankly unfortunate experience at the hotel. She was not only incredibly disrespectful towards my family and I but also just flat out cruel. She made some very disturbing accusations towards us and had an incredibly aggressive demeanor. I can’t imagine that anything a PAYING customer would do could result in behavior like this especially when we were nothing but respectful and quiet. It started off with bad looks towards my mother and cousin who may I add is a hijabi (so do with that as you will) when they were simply using the tea/coffee bar to make a few drinks but quickly realized that there were no more cups and so they headed back outside. A few moments later I decided to go with my younger cousins to make hot chocolate and then i noticed the worker completely ignore her job of restocks , assuming because she didn’t want to deal with us and so I took it amongst myself to open the cabinet and took a cup and she immediately gave me a nasty look and went and turned off the lobby’s lights . Now if that is not concerning enough for you, surely this next part will make you grasp just how bad the situation was. After questioning within ourselves why the lights were out in a lobby of a hotel because that is quite absurd, my dad walked in and i explained the situation, she immediately barged into the conversation. My dad simply asked what the issue was and why the lights were turned off and she immediately started getting very aggressive and screaming at us claiming that it was “officially quite hours and the lights had to be turned off”. She told us “if you don’t wanna be quiet you can go sit outside”. In what world is it acceptable to speak to ur paying guests in that way. Mind you she expected us to be quiet yet she was the one screaming and when we had mentioned that to her she continued to get even louder and more aggressive and she even went as far as accusing my family and I of being “racist” all because we called her out on slacking on the job and blatantly kicking us out of the lobby that we pay to be in. When we went to ask for her name to file a complaint, she was along side the “shift manager” named Sam, and refused to acknowledge our existence after attempting to politely ask her more than once. Even Sam blatantly ignored us until I asked him if he was an employee at the hotel, and once he finally decided to answer the question he refused to help us or redirect us to upper management and kept saying “i just got here, i don’t know what the situation is, so i don’t know why she’s ignoring you”. This was genuinely an utterly unprofessional response as someone who’s the so called “manager”. He continued to be unhelpful, repeating the same sentences over and over without even trying to understand the situation & continued to refuse to redirect us to an upper management or at least provide the contact we could get in touch with. I am so extremely disappointed by the staff here and how they handle not only their jobs, but customer service. After repeatedly staying here over 4 times, this had to have been the most disappointing experience. Shame on Hilton. I can’t say I will be returning anytime soon!
