Zero rooms were available upon early check in for a wedding block that was reserved well in advance. They overbooked the hotel and blamed the lack of rooms on their laundry providers because they didn't have enough sheets. Then after being late for the wedding due to not having a room to change in, was given issue with changing rooms and was given a room with 2 queens instead of 1 king as requested because the probably gave it away to someone else. We were put in a room that was seemingly clean but the deadbolt lock was left open when we moved our bags in which felt unsafe. The lack of professionalism and communication from the managers has been embarrassing and egregious. Countless phone calls as well as emails have been ignored for over a month now. Worst hotel experience to date and many others in the wedding party have similar experiences to boot.

From the moment I arrived I knew I’d found something special. The lobby is welcoming and elegant, the staff were friendly and personalised the experience from check-in to checkout, and the room was spotlessly clean, stylish, and comfortable.
What really stood out was the attention to detail — the plush bedding, the ambient lighting, the quiet surroundings, and the breakfast offering that felt curated and thoughtful. Also loved how the hotel is nestled in a charming area, making it perfect for both a peaceful retreat and exploring local dining and shopping.
Whether you’re in for business, a romantic evening, or a weekend getaway, this hotel hits all the marks: comfort, style, service, and location. Highly recommended — I can’t wait to return!

I had the absolute best hotel experience ever at the Somerset Hills Hotel, thanks to one incredible employee, Shelia, who truly went above and beyond. She is one of the kindest, most professional, and genuine people I’ve ever met in the hospitality industry. Her attention to detail, warmth, and dedication made my stay exceptional from start to finish. Employees like her set and exceed the standard for what great service should be. I sincerely hope the company recognizes her for her outstanding work — she’s an absolute asset to the Somerset Hills Hotel!
