They overbooked the hotel and blamed the lack of rooms on their laundry providers because they didn't have enough sheets. Then after being late for the wedding due to not having a room to change in, was given issue with changing rooms and was given a room with 2 queens instead of 1 king as requested because the probably gave it away to someone else. We were put in a room that was seemingly clean but the deadbolt lock was left open when we moved our bags in which felt unsafe. The lack of professionalism and communication from the managers has been embarrassing and egregious. Countless phone calls as well as emails have been ignored for over a month now. Worst hotel experience to date and many others in the wedding party have similar experiences to boot.

- BMbob mNov 1, 20255.0We had a great stay! Did not eat there but the beer selection was awesome! Rooms were big and comfortable. Beds are ok and so are the pillows - but I would suggest u bring your usual if u are close by. No free breakfast but the rooms have a Keurig with some creamers
