Cons:
1. Ran out of toilet paper. Front desk had none and suggested I go get some myself from the lobby restroom. Context: it was a holiday and room service was given the day off, which is understandable, however terrible planning on behalf of management.
2. We got a late check out, room service questioned it and when we notified her we had agreed to a late check out with front desk, she went back to talking on the phone in a rude tone about us having a late check out.
3. Most Employees were rude, from the moment I called about checking in, through the 3 nights we stayed. Moreover, almost every time we walked in the employees would have ear buds in and ignore us greeting them.
4. People definitely smoking weed down stairs.
5. High speed WiFi costs $5/day
Pros:
1. Room clean, no cockroaches.
2. 24/7 self serve coffee in lobby.
3. A couple of the employees were very nice, one of them even allowing us for a late check out.
Note: I’m from NY, this is not a regional manners issue

The woman who works at the desk for check in was very friendly and accommodating towards us when someone impersonating me called and canceled the reservation without knowing until we got there to check in. She was able to get us the same rate we had booked for and the whole process went smooth. Very personable and made us more comfortable about the situation. We only stayed for two nights but we had no other issues. Other staff were friendly as well.

First off. The HVAC in our room sounded like it was about to explode.
But that's not the real issue here.
The real issue is that the night time front desk staff aren't interested in working. And don't seem to care about anything in regards to their guests...
Durring our stay. We unfortunately had some very noisy neighbors. Which, from midnight on, kept waking us up every 30min. At first it sounded like arguing. But by 3am it was a full on party.
At 4am they went the extra mile, & decided to start blasting music. Even more loudly than their drunken yelling.
Multiple calls were made to the front desk. But no one ever answered the phone.
At 5am I gave in. And went down to see if I could switch rooms.
The lady at the desk really seemed like she couldn't care less. After fumbling with the computer for a few seconds. She said it wouldn't let her switch our room. (Even though the hotel was largely unoccupied.)
Then, after watching her try to figure out how to operate the phone. She called the offending guests. And asked them if they could
"maybe try to keep it down a little bit".
And that was it.
No further action.
No apologies.
Upon returning to the room. The music was off. But our noisy neighbors were still partying hard.
I called the front desk again.
But no one answered...

When we arrived we weren't immediately greeted by the lady at the counter. Her and another gal were talking. I interrupted and mentioned I was checking in. A few minutes later we were off to our room. Nice size and good layout; spacious. I was a lil disappointed they had no heater or vent in the bathroom but it had a shower and tub, which was a plus. Pool was a bit small and had an off-chlorine type smell. We didn't go in. The fitness room was excerpts and had a few working machines.

Room as clean and the lady at check in last night was nice.... check out is at 12pm so why did someone enter my room while I was naked about to jump in the shower just before 10am?!? I had the bottom lock locked but they still got in.
They closed the door quick and I then relocked the bottom lock and then the top hook thing. Then while I was showering I heard the door open again!! Luckily the hook thing stopped the door from opening more than a crack but geeez as a woman traveling alone this is Very concerning. Why wouldn't they have knocked before attempting to enter??
I explained this matter to the lady at the front desk and she just said "sorry, this doesnt happen often" and that it was a communication issue cause another guest was locked out of his room. Like wouldn't that guest have been outside their room waiting for maintenance to open it? Idk but not cool
