The hotel is impeccably clean throughout, and our corner two-queen-bed suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The unique L-shaped indoor corridor layout gave our pup plenty of extra room to move around, which was a nice bonus in a pet-friendly property. The complimentary breakfast was a huge convenience – hot, varied options every morning that saved us time and money. The gym is modern and well-equipped for a solid workout, and the indoor pool was clean and functional for a relaxing swim. It would be magnificent with a Jacuzzi added! One of the best features, especially in snowy weather, is the free indoor garage parking – no scraping ice or shoveling snow off the car! Valley parking is also complimentary, even though we didn’t use it. To enter the garage, you use your room key or digital key via the Hilton app. A small suggestion: it feels unnecessary to require key access from the garage to the elevator – not convenient when your hands are full with luggage or bags. The hotel has two connected sides (Homewood and Hampton), linked on every floor, so no matter where you park, you can easily take the elevator and walk across to your room. We figured this out by exploring ourselves – clear signs on each floor indicating the connection would be a helpful addition! The front desk staff were outstanding – super friendly and genuinely helpful. Special shoutout to Chong and Tatiana for going above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Location-wise, it’s perfect: the neighborhood feels peaceful and quiet, yet it’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the excitement of American Dream mall or Manhattan. Great balance for a relaxing base while exploring the area. We’ll definitely hope to be back – this Homewood Suites exceeded our expectations!

- RHR HDec 11, 20251.0I found this hotel after searching for a room for a family trip to NY. I settled on this hotel after seeing great pictures online and trusting the Hilton name. As a honors member, I am disgusted by our experience. I immediately noticed the the dirt throughout the room. The sofa was so bad that we requested a sheet to cover it so my kids could sit down. The bathrooms had previous guests hair on the floor and countertops. The mattress was covered in stains. The cherry on top was finding roaches coming from the walls. The manager here (Brendel? ) is extremely unprofessional and rude. I'll never visit this hotel again.
