- SBS Bena3 days ago4.0This is a great hotel. The beds are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is really good. Linabel was especially helpful—she showed me the breakfast spread and made me feel very welcome. The only downside was that the small lobby store was completely understocked and didn’t have Tylenol, which was inconvenient since I had a bad headache. I’ve stayed here over four times and this was the first time that happened, but unfortunately it was at a really inconvenient moment. The neighborhood feels safe, and there’s a nice walking trail nearby. If you cross the Marriott hotel and go behind the building, you’ll find it—I even saw deer.

- RKRuth KimDec 30, 20252.0No complaints about the rooms and I didn’t use any amenities besides breakfast, which I enjoyed. The biggest problem here is the noise. The walls are paper-thin. I heard the people in the next room talking, watching TV, and kids running and screaming in the halls at all hours. Not only that, but there were some weird construction noises going on from the next room every day that I’ve been here (7 days). I’ve attached a video of one example - the drilling - but there is also a hammering noise. I’ve been unable to sleep past 10 am or so because of this awful noise, which is difficult as I am traveling from a different time zone and 10 am is a different time for my body. The front entrance of the hotel is also key-card locked, which makes no sense because how are people supposed to check in before they receive their card key? It was just inconvenient. Front office staff are not rude, but definitely not friendly.
- SOSantos OsorioDec 27, 20251.0Reason why I am giving 1 star is not to released my anger, I don’t want this to happen to any person , They cancel my reservation literately 3 hours before checking in , spent 4 hours on the phone trying to rebook in a different hotel with my whole family outside the hotel , They blame the third party , and the third party who booked me in 3 months ago blame the hotel. They stated that they never cancel appointments, the hotel overbooked and affected us , I think the hotel saw the market was really good for this week and they kicked us out to booked other people for more money , We even confirmed with the hotel and we did have the reservation number
