Was staying for one night and found some bed bugs in my room. Would watch out when staying at this hotel. Amanda who was working the night shift was helpful and got me a different room at another hotel since they were fully booked for the night. It’s the only reason I’m giving this place a two star for service. Thank you Amanda.

Stayed at this location many times with my grown daughter, her two young ones and her two young grandchildren, my grand and great grands. Everyone was always so friendly and we enjoyed it so much we would come back. This last visit did not go well. The front desk person on Sunday evening was a bully, talked to us like we were beneath him, very unprofessional and escalated the problem that the young ones were making to much noise playing. He did not give us a chance to try and settle them in because he was rude and very much a bully to both my daughter and myself. We were told to leave at 7:30 pm , because I questioned his reasoning for approaching us in such an aggressive manner. A female senior citizen, a 40 year old professional woman and 3 young boys 5,4 and 2 , and a baby. I felt discriminated against and bullied. We had to find another place to stay. The manager responded with: if you had just been quiet when asked he would not have told you to leave. No problem that your staff member was a bully, approached us with a very aggressive attitude and I guess did not like being challenged with questions of why he was handling it so nasty and unprofessional. It’s not like this was the second or third time he came to the room. We were surprised because we didn’t realize the children were noisy and his horrible attitude made me question him on why he was being like that to us. We have been there many times before when ball teams were there being really loud, I didn’t realize our kids were heard outside the room. We overlooked all the issues with the room and cleanliness because we always enjoyed ourselves and the staff until this particular team member. I would not go with young children who play or happen to speak louder.
