First, the reservation was under the wrong name and we were told that it was cancelled by Priceline, Priceline said it was cancelled by Hilton. Long story short, Lesley who was the front desk agent who put two and two together and figure it out. We were able to check in and get to our room after a six-hour car ride. So, a huge shout out to Lesley and her ability to solve problems quickly. Another individual who is worth mentioning is Nellie, she was great addressing any issue that we had and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and during our time there, she was able to assist with afterhours concerns, such as noisy guests and non-working items in the room. Last but certainly not least, Belquis who is the breakfast attendant. Food can always be hit or miss, but during our stay it was spot on. Breakfast every morning was hot, delicious and there was always a huge selection to choose from. She was very attentive to breakfast options that were getting low, and always on top of making sure there was enough for everyone. Our only gripe with the property, was that it seemed there needed to TCL and repairs, other than that, it is a great location, safe, and the staff are always welcoming and there to help. I would definitely recommend the Homewood Suites Somerset by Hilton.

At no point did management provide updates, an apology, or any sense of urgency to correct the situation. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable for a business that depends on hospitality. The manager demonstrated a clear lack of leadership, accountability, and basic customer service skills. If this is how guests are treated during a simple check-in, I can only imagine how poorly other issues are handled. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise future guests to consider other options until this property hires management capable of running a hotel with professionalism, respect, and competence.
