Find us just off I-287 with easy access to the NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. It’s only a 10-minute drive to Rutgers University, New Brunswick, Somerville and the Bridgewater Commons Mall. The New Brunswick Train Station is six miles from our hotel and offers service to New York City and Newark Liberty Airport. Breakfast and WiFi are included in your stay as well as access to our fitness center, outdoor pool, and sports court.

- BMbob mDec 2, 20255.0Great new hotel. Very big rooms. Self check in/out . Pool was closed but looks nice. Breakfast was good. We got there late so not much left including dishes and Condiments. I think they are still learning so no real complaints - comfy bed and big tv!

However, I do believe that a simple follow-up within 48 hours—even if it is just to acknowledge the message or provide a brief status update—is a reasonable expectation. Additionally, if a specific date is promised for something to be completed, I expect some kind of follow-up or acknowledgment rather than having to chase down an update myself. Clear and timely communication is important, especially when planning an event as significant as a wedding. Unfortunately, that consistency was lacking in my interactions with Shante, which contributed to overall experience. This is especially concerning given that timely communication on the day of the wedding is critical. To be clear, the rate was not my concern. My concern was the customer service, specifically the communication from Shante, which fell short of what I expected.
