They were extremely rude, unaccommodating and unwilling to right a mistake their staff made during the reservation process. The room we were provided was small, outdated, without basic accomodations and over priced. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The rooms are small with dirty carpet, paint chipping and pulling off walls and doors, bathroom not clean and lights don’t function properly. There was an electric junction box in the shower. Furniture was worn and knobs falling off. This is not a Hilton standard facility. I would not recommend staying here. There is a brand new Hampton Inn next door stay there. The restaurant food was ok some was served cold. The night staff was less than pleasant and didn’t seem too concerned with complaints.
