I have stayed in many Doubletree Hiltons and this one is awful. The facility is terribly outdated. The rooms are small with dirty carpet, paint chipping and pulling off walls and doors, bathroom not clean and lights don’t function properly. There was an electric junction box in the shower. Furniture was worn and knobs falling off. This is not a Hilton standard facility. I would not recommend staying here. There is a brand new Hampton Inn next door stay there. The restaurant food was ok some was served cold. The night staff was less than pleasant and didn’t seem too concerned with complaints.

My mother and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great experience. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The main waiter during our hotel breakfasts, David, went above and beyond to attend to our needs, even remembering our beverage preferences after only a day! The rooms are on the older side with minor signs of wear, but the furniture is of higher quality / more sturdy than other hotels. It was also quiet and spacious, which was a plus. Our room was generally clean but not perfect, with some dusty corners. One downside was the limited appliances (no microwave or even a mini-fridge), but that was fine for our needs. Overall, we had a pleasant time and I can definitely see myself staying here again

I wasn't impressed. We paid far too much just to get a mediocre room and basic service.
