I stayed at this location this past weekend and had an item stolen. I left the jacket in the room and called after check out to have it held for me until I could return back to retrieve it. Management, the front desk and security continues to handle this matter in a very nonchalant manner. I’ve placed multiple calls to the hotel over the past few days and each person takes my number and other information and promises to call back to no avail. The jacket is gone but the lack of follow through or concern is beyond me!

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and it is shocking that this property is advertised as a **4-star hotel**. 1. Room cleanliness – unacceptable: The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was a cockroach on the bed, which we even documented with photographs. This kind of welcome is something you would expect from a zero-star motel, not a so-called 4-star property. 2. Bed sheets condition: The bed sheets were torn, worn out, and visibly old, to the point where they had turned yellow. Allowing guests to sleep on such bedding clearly shows a complete lack of hygiene standards and management oversight. 3. Misleading amenities: The hot tub bath was **out of service for all four days** of our stay. If a hotel cannot provide listed amenities, they should not advertise them. This is misleading and dishonest. 4. Paid room upgrade not honored: We paid extra through Priceline for an upgraded room, yet at check-in the receptionist informed us that an upgrade was not possible due to “lobby floor closed.” Later, we noticed other guests being checked in normally in the same lobby area. This excuse was clearly false and misleading. 5. Front desk staff behavior: The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but taking it out on paying guests is unacceptable. It honestly makes one wonder who thought she was suitable for a role in the hospitality industry. 6. Parking and overall condition: Parking was poorly managed and inconvenient. The hotel itself feels outdated, dirty, and in desperate need of a **complete renovation**. 7. False online photos: The rooms look nothing like the “updated” photos shown on Priceline. The difference between what is advertised and what is actually provided is drastic. 8. Noise and safety concerns: Guests in the adjacent room were partying loudly all night. Traveling with children, we were unable to sleep at all. There was no effective intervention from hotel staff. This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating — not even close. From cleanliness and service to honesty and basic guest comfort, everything fell far below acceptable standards. I strongly recommend travelers, especially families, **stay far away** from this property.

Room was clean, fairly spacious considering 4 people sharing (2 adults, 2 teens). Plenty of drawer space, which I notice some hotels no longer offer, lots of hangers, and at least 2 more mirrors (in addition to bathroom) allowing hair styling and makeup while someone else uses the bathroom. Took off a point for the dim lighting, and not enough hooks to hang wet towels (we carry clip hangers for this purpose).
