Room is not that fresh, carpet look old and smiley, front counter lady so rude!, ask bottle of water, she denied, but she gives to "others", parking available for cars not for bus or large vehicles too hard to get around not recommended for tour bus at this location.

I was one of the guests of a friend who booked a room on 4/29. We arrived around 5 PM and were greeted by (I believe) the manager — a Latina woman with dark hair — who seemed like she was having a bad day and took it out on us. She had an attitude throughout the entire check-in process, which made us feel unwelcome from the start.
Later that night, we asked for more bottled water, and the same lady approached us again with an attitude, saying, “We already gave you two.” I replied, “Yes, but we’d like more,” and she responded, “Well, you have to pay $3.” That was fine with us, but when we decided to pay in cash, another staff member (a blonde woman) said something in Spanish assuming we understood, which we didn’t. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
As for the room, the carpet was sticky, the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, the toilet kept flushing by itself (we had to fix it), the AC was very loud, and there was no vent in the bathroom.
Overall, this was a horrible experience. We chose this hotel because it’s close to our family, but we regret it. I hope corporate can address these issues and remind the staff to be more approachable and welcoming — especially those at the front desk who create the first impression. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again

For the price, you could probably find somewhere a bit better. The room itself was okay, but our room smelled really funky (kind of like mildew or mold). If you don’t mind that and the fact that it’s an older hotel with some wear and tear, it might still work for you.
The location is close to Secaucus Junction, so getting into the city is pretty quick, which was the main plus. We only stayed for two days and were out most of the time, so it basically just served as a place to sleep. Also, the staff is really friendly!
But again, every time we walked in, the room smelled like mildew. Not sure exactly what it was, but it wasn’t pleasant. Hilton, y’all might want to figure out what’s causing that, because it’s not great and could definitely freak some people out.The hotel gets the job done, but that’s about it.
