    Room - old room - wood - old style furniture Location - its very crazy, i was here in August 2025 and today January 10th 2026, i still needed like droves around high way 8 times to recognized the slight right turn to get into Hilton Garden s Inn s main entrance Service- Thank you Emina front desk she is a wonderful front desk She is very nice, very welcoming, she was served me and my Uncle and my Auntie with fully respected and helpful I hope your Hilton Inn can keep her and bonus her for what she have been supporting and work with all of her heart and everything she could helping customers, helping me She is a very lovely person and polite Thank you i will coming back to your Hilton because of i always love Hilton and because of her Thank you very much for all

    Pathetic hotel. No hot water in the shower. Heating system was not consistent and we kept feeling extremely hot or cold throughout the night. Found insects near the coffee station. Swimming pool was closed and the website didn’t inform us while we were making the reservation which made our kids really unhappy.

    conveniently stayed here for the NYG game; i also got to witness Mike (overnight-shift worker) defuse a situation with a drunken degenerate. Mike not only went above and beyond cleaning this drunk lady's mess but also tried his best to clean her up in her desperate time of need while making sure she was safe despite her racist & despondent tendencies. I could not have been more impressed by Mike's immediate willingness to help & diffuse. He certainly had no reason to be as kind as he was.

    These room are old, pool is out of order despite me calling and they saying it was open and good to go before I booked. Unfortunately it was not working and down for maintenance. The gym is horrible. The complimentary breakfast……….lol there is none! For a few more bucks we could have stayed at another location that offers complimentary breakfast, pool and good size gym. The room was very dated, the Internet is horrible, the remote control was disgusting. I had to clean that thing twice and you can see how nasty it was. So if the remote wasn’t clean why else hasn’t been cleaned.

    I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Secaucus/Meadowlands, thanks largely to the excellent staff. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. While I do wish breakfast was included, it’s reasonably priced and offers a good, balanced spread that’s perfect for starting the day. The location can be a bit tricky if you’re relying on walking, as there isn’t much to do nearby on foot. You’ll likely need to cab it or rent a car. However, if you’re driving, it’s quite convenient to get into New York City, with the Lincoln Tunnel close by and easy access to major routes. There’s also plenty of parking available at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, which is a definite plus, though they are starting to show some signs of age. Still, they’re comfortable and functional. The hotel is well equipped with everything you might need - a laundry room, a pantry for daily essentials, a microwave in the room, and a business center with an ATM, all of which made it a practical and comfortable stay overall.
