- JCJack Chadwick6 days ago1.0This Hilton is one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in! It’s not just a bad old hotel, but a dangerous one. The rooms have multiple areas where doors swing out to block movement, including the bathroom door that doesn’t stay open, shelving that serve as dressers, with wide doors that block movement around the room. The shower and bathroom faucets run scolding hot water that burns you immediately with no warning! The tub has no slip protection, so we had to put a towel down in there so we wouldn’t slip and fall! The lighting is terrible, and the shades are something out of the 1960’s! The “restaurant” was a just a place to sit, because there was no food! On the Saturday we were leaving, there was no breakfast, only cold toast and runny eggs, which were un-eatable! Everyone sent their food back. The front desk clerk and other staff were Indian, who hardly spoke English, or even had a knowledge of the hotel and surrounding areas. I would recommend that anyone considering this place to go somewhere else, fast!

After she left, the new staff took over, and unfortunately it became difficult to reach anyone about our room block. We met the required number of booked rooms to qualify for the transportation credit outlined in our contract. However, five months later, despite multiple phone calls and emails, we still have not received the credit promised in the agreement.

I told them they didn’t need to switch rooms though as we just got off the road and didn’t want to switch. After talking with the front desk in the morning I guess this is an issue with multiple rooms.
