Pour commencer, les points négatifs : - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est assez excentré, il faut compter 20 minutes de bus pour se rendre à Time Square. - Le petit déjeuner et dîner : le buffet n'est pas très bon, les pâtisseries ne sont pas très bonnes, des fois les fruits ne le sont pas non plus et ne sont pas très variés. Pour ce qui est du repas du soir, ce n'est absolument pas bon du tout, et les prix sont très élevés. - Pour ce qui est des employés / staff de l'hôtel, certains ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais, ce qui peut rendre la communication compliquée. Nous avons également côtoyé certains des employés qui ne sont absolument pas aimable, par exemple lorsque l'on demande gentiment de l'aide, on nous fait clairement comprendre de nous débrouiller seules. Pour rappelle, nous sommes françaises et ne parlons pas un anglais parfait. - Nous avons également vu que les parties communes de l'hôtel sont parfois sales avec des tâches qui ne sont pas nettoyées de la journée. Cependant, il y a quand même des points positifs : - Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, ainsi que la salle de bain et les toilettes. Le ménage est bien fait. - Heureusement, parmi le personnel, nous n'avons pas rencontré que des personnes mal aimables. Donc un grand merci et un grand bravo à Félix de la réception et Carlos des petits-déjeuners, votre sourire et amabilité ont illuminé notre séjour. Un grand merci à un autre des réceptionniste qui nous a aidé à commander à manger un soir. Merci également à la dame qui assurait les petits-déjeuners durant le week-end pour sa gentillesse et son sourire.

The location is so convenient but beyond that… the hotel is so clean, the staff is amazing and personable and helpful. The breakfast is great, the amenities are spot on. The staff spoke to us by name- specifically Perla (who my daughter adored so much she got her a gift last stay), Felix, and Fabian. Really great people who you can tell don’t act like this is just a “job”- they’re genuine caring and good people! It’s funny because I was telling Felix how much i appreciate them, and my husband said he was just thinking the same- you feel like you’re welcomed there - like extended family! I would recommend this location time and time again. Thank you Perla, Felix, Fabian and others ! Great trip and we will be back

A guy pretending to be friendly showed up saying his shift hadn’t started yet but that he was going to check if any rooms were open because checking started at 3. Negative connotations from the get go. TV wasn’t working in my room. I received a txt saying that if there was anything I needed to txt back. Well the guy never replied to my txt about the tv. Very basic and very mediocre customer service.
- CCChopsNov 3, 20251.0- Overall hotel was worn and felt dirty - Couldn't find a working ice machine - Door to ice machine on first door didn't open all the way causing me to run into it when opening, needs fixing - Lost TV connection several times when we were there in all 3 rooms we were in - No TV Remote in one of the rooms and when we let them know no one ever came up to help as they said so couldn't us it. - One of the rooms wasn't cleaned and had food and drinks from last guest still in it - Low water pressure in showers - Little to no hot water for showers - Toilet in one room would run and run. Needed to take back cover off and play with the plug to get it to work each time - Hot Tub was broken and empty - Indoor pool was freezing and unusable which the kids were disappointed about
