We spent 2 nights here in early January. Hotel staff was outstanding, especially Felix. Very easy access off I95. Rooms were immaculate, no funny smells and very safe location with free parking. Will be our go to place in the future when we want to visit the Korean spa

We just checked out of this hotel after our 3 nights stay and we are returning customers. It has an excellent location, friendly staff and it is very clean! One staff member in particular on check-in on the 30th of december was kind to help us with storing our id's as we did not want to take them into the city. They were so kind with all our requests. In my opinion, the hotel is so strategically positioned that it is the best place to stay if you want to pay less, have top quality and be able to afford a vacation in new york city! I do have 2 suggestions, firstly the pillows need to be replaced, they are too soft and I was dissappointed that there was no longer a hottub.

My family & I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield Park while we were visiting NYC for a couple days. Overall the staff was friendly & welcoming & we appreciated having a comfortable place to stay during our trip. However, there were a few things I wanted to mention for awareness. When we first arrived, there was a very strong odor in the main lobby that we later realized seemed to be coming from one of the employees working the front desk area. It was quite overwhelming as we were checking in. We also used the pool and the pool water itself was warm but the pool room had cold air blowing pretty strongly which made it uncomfortable & it being late December, that could potentially get people sick. When we returned to our room afterward, we noticed there were no bath towels at all so while still wet from the pool we had to go get some from the front desk since housekeeping was gone for the day. The next morning, we went down for breakfast & paid the buffet price of $12/person. While most of the staff were very kind, my husband was scolded by the cook for taking two scoops of scrambled eggs and was told “easy on the eggs bud we don’t have much more” even though it was a fresh batch & breakfast still had about an hour remaining. That interaction felt unnecessary & the food itself wasn’t quite what we expected for the price. Aside from those concerns the rest of the staff was great & the stay itself was fine. With a few improvements this hotel could really offer a better experience.

The hotel is amazing!!! The Hotel: The hotel is located in New Jersey. It’s a bit outside of New York, but you can reach New York City in about 20 minutes by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and the connection is very simple and convenient. A bus to the city runs every half hour to an hour. There is also a Walmart near the hotel that you can reach within about 10 minutes by Uber or taxi. The Rooms: Our room was very clean, and it was cleaned daily upon request. The room is very functional. The coffee machine and refrigerator were very easy to use, and the air conditioning was also simple and convenient. In the evenings, the room is very quiet — no noise from outside. The housekeeping team is always available in the mornings if you need towels or toilet paper. And if you don’t want to be disturbed, you can simply hang a sign on the door. The Breakfast: The products they use are very fresh and tasted delicious. There is really a lot of variety, even though the breakfast itself is kept fairly small. The juices are fresh, and there is tea and coffee available at all times. The Hotel Team: The team is super nice and very warm, so we already felt very comfortable when we checked in. All the staff were incredibly friendly and enjoyed chatting with the guests. If there are any problems, they are there to help right away. One time, we had ordered something through Uber Eats, and the reception kept our order safe until we arrived back at the hotel. From the moment we checked in, it almost felt like being at home. The Hotel Manager: The manager of the hotel is a really great person. His name is Brand, and I can totally understand why he is the manager here. He is incredibly kind, and we became friends with him on the very first day. He enjoys talking with the guests and is available at the reception every day from a certain time onward. Brand is also very helpful. There was one situation where, unfortunately, we threw up in an Uber, and he helped clean the car with his own hands. This man truly represents the spirit of America: helpful, considerate, and super friendly. Overall, the hotel felt very warm and peaceful. You feel truly comfortable in the room, and the staff make you feel like you’re at home.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ridgefield Park, NJ, and absolutely loved it. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We chose this hotel because it’s pet-friendly, and we were traveling with our fur baby. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as well. We would definitely stay here again.
