The front desk staff told me to pay at the hotel and said Expedia would refund the reservation. Everything seemed fine until the next morning, when I went back to the front desk to ask about the Expedia refund. I was then told that the hotel does not allow cancellations within 24 hours — completely contradicting what I was told at check-in. This was misleading and extremely frustrating. Better communication and transparency are needed to avoid putting guests in this situation.

The a la cart breakfast is better than the buffet. Staff is friendly. Plenty of food options and small businesses nearby. I enjoyed the services from Impression body solutions nearby. That will be my next post. I would stay here again. It is safe for families.

Staff is very unprofessional. Stay at your own risk. Will never stay here. They should consider closing the hotel or getting better staff.

I had to follow up myself to findout when the room was ready. The lobby was nice along with the bar. The rooms weren't bad but the air seemed very dry as it was hard to breathe. The rooftop though is the best part by far as far as a view in the morning,mid day ,afternoon or night. The area isn't bad aswell as you have good bagel,pizza or Cafe with waffles around you along with a plaza .
