  I checked in and the process was lengthy come to find out he was setting me up for a membership i didn't ask for. I found out when he said I have a discount due to him signing me up and told me the amount. I said wow $103 I said wow that's all he said with tax $118 I said toral he said x yes. The next day after check out I saw $218 and change deducted from my account. I called the 800 number and front desk of hotel the young lady said the incidental fee is $100.i said to her I was not made aware. She assured me it will be returned once my check out went through dys6. It's been 2 day's and nothing. I called and git the man who checked me in he was rude and said it's policy call the 800 number and hung up I n me. I called back he hung up on me 2x's then let the phone ring for 2 minutes at the time I was at my bank. He rudely said it will be returned 3 to 5 day call 800 I said I tried I need a itinerary number he said he'll send me via email he did not. He refused to give me his name. This location doesn't even have hot breakfast or coffee pot in room. Service is terrible.

  The Sink in Room was clogged at check-in and staff never followed up after I reported it. After 1 a.m., the room next door blasted loud music with no enforcement of quiet hours. They offered to change my room, but that was it. no resolution, no compensation. I should’ve known this place was bad when someone was already arguing in the lobby during check in. Unresponsive staff, noisy rooms, and no accountability. Would not recommend.

  The room and all the people at the hotel we're very nice. The only reason I dropped a star was because of their breakfast. Supposed to be ready at 6:00, yeah I went downstairs at 6:30 and they only had cereal, and a couple Bagels set up. Didn't even bring out the oatmeal until 6:45. Breakfast definitely should have been better. Not that I'm expecting a four-star breakfast, but if I would have known all I was going to have was granola and apple juice, I would have gotten up earlier and gone somewhere else to eat

  Terrible experience. We stayed one week and we never received the room and service cleaning. We asked to front desk every day and they didn’t changed our room or solved anything despite the deposit there was $100.

  If I could get this place zero stars I would they do not clean the rooms properly. They have like two people cleaning all of that hotel room. The manager can hardly speak English so it’s hard to communicate with him. The management is from India, which is not the problem. It’s the problem that you can’t communicate with them and the hotel always smells like curry and Indian food. You will end up leaving the hotel smelling like a plate of chicken tikka masala. They also have Asian beetles that look like ladybugs in the hotel rooms in the middle of winter, which is absolutely alarming.
