We booked a 2 night stay while on our heat to be fixed only to be given a room with so much air coming in windows and heat not working in bedroom. Short in microwave and light above bedroom sink and we had 2 infants. The room was outdated. They moved us next door and the room was better. We asked since our first night was a disaster, could we be given a complimentary night, we were told no. As big as the Embassy is, they can’t afford a free night due to their own negligence. The second room had a dirty tub. On top of that I booked on Priceline and paid them, only to be charged a second time by Embassy. They reversed it but the charges are still on my credit card card. They promised 3,000 reward points for the inconvenience, we will see. I left there congested due to the cold room, the babies still sneezing. I have always enjoyed my stay at the Embassy but not this time. They can also hire some that clean rooms that speak English. The staff is nice but this was not a good stay. Waiting for my$370.86 to be put back on my credit card. Still can’t believe that all the money they make, they could not give a guest a complimentary night due to their negligence of not assuring that rooms are up to par before you put guests in them

All week I had thought my stay here was SUPERB - the hotel itself is lovely & the staff were very professional also the breakfast they serve is outstanding as were the attentively sweet servers - I was equally impressed with how at home I felt in the nicely sized suite that my dog enjoyed too- PET FRIENDLY places are ALWAYS a PLUS ☆ Unfortunately on the last night of my stay I was in bed sick & needed water but when I went to the front desk to request some they wanted to charge me $2 a bottle- FIRST OF ALL water should be complimentary to guests in a hotel- GREED is GROSS and after spending over a thousand dollars in 6 nights including dinners, I refused to spend one more dollar at this Hilton- so instead I drove to the store, sick at 10 pm to get the water- What a disappointing way to end my stay.

I went from 12/24/25 from 12/26/25 the service and rooms are garbage. I got a room with a broken heater which made my son and husband sick for the entire stay there. They took forever to give me my food that my son went to get from the lounge. I would not recommend going there during any occassion.

Disgusted and disappointed!! Upon checking in to our room on the 3 floor, I noticed several hairs in tub, shower wall, and on the toilet seat, which indicates our room was NOT cleaned, even though we checked in after 7:30 pm. My husband went to the front desk to inform the staff of this and ask for someone to clean the tub. Shortly after, a fair-skin gentleman, who appeared to be on in 20s or early 30s, with dark hair and eyeglasses arrived. He seemed bothered that he had to come — sighed, was unfriendly— and arrived without cleaning products. He did NOT clean the tub; I watched him just rinse some of the hairs down the drain and wipe it with a cloth. Appalled by what I saw, I decided not to waste my time with asking for him or anyone else to clean the shower. Additionally the tub/shower wall still had hairs in the tub after he so called cleaned it. Ultimately I ended up cleaning bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the hot water ran out quickly. The toilet clogged and the maintenance guy had to unclog it. The TV in the front room didn’t work. We will NOT be patronizing this hotel location again, despite coming here for over a decade!
Cleanliness: 0
Customer Service: 1 (only based on respond time)
Maintenance guy: 5 out of 5 (responsive, friendly and effective)
Recommends this place to others: NO!

I had two rooms and both of them had roaches. Absolutely disgusting and appalling. Now I’d usually start with what i like about the hotel, but I’d need to sit down for a week or 3 to find one thing. You’d think the pool and hot tub would be better, but it was just as, if not even more dirty. Do better.
