I was hesitant to book but was pleasantly surprised. We had a great stay. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. We had a 2 queen bedroom. There was enough space. The sink drained slow but that was really the only bad thing.

It’s a shame that all of your recent reviews are so negative. I had a reservation here which i have now cancelled. The reviews here are consistent with either Linda being horrible to deal with or the rooms being uncleanly. You should fire Linda if she is causing you so many bad reviews… and now you’re losing business. No one wants to go where others say they don’t feel welcomed, what would make me any different? I am a strong believer in customer service and always understanding the workers side too, but too many complaints just shows that’s her character. It’s not okay to ruin peoples stay because you hate your job.

My experience here was extremely disappointing, and most of that came from the front desk lady, Linda. In my opinion, she was extremely rude and nasty from the moment we walked in. Instead of greeting us, she acted irritated that we were even there. Her tone was unprofessional, and her attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable.
What made things even worse was that she wasn’t doing her job at all. She spent most of the time on her phone, barely looked up, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting anyone. When we did ask for help, she responded with attitude instead of basic customer service. I’ve never dealt with someone at a front desk who seemed so uninterested in working or being respectful.
Because of her behavior, I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. I won’t be coming back after how we were treated.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience during our visit. The front desk staff member, Linda, was extremely unprofessional. She was cold, dismissive, and never welcoming from the moment we arrived. She was constantly on her phone instead of doing her job, which made the whole interaction feel even more disrespectful. She even acted irritated toward our dog, giving us nasty looks the entire time.
When we tried to extend our stay, Linda refused because of our service animal and made statements that felt completely unfair and untrue to us. It felt like she was looking for reasons to push us out rather than help us.
If you care about your dog, cat, or any animal at all, I suggest not stepping foot in here. The way we were treated — and especially the way our service animal was looked at and spoken to — was completely unacceptable.
I would never even step foot into this place ever again.
A front desk employee sets the tone for the entire business, and unfortunately, Linda’s attitude made our entire visit uncomfortable. I truly hope management addresses this, because no customer should ever be treated this way.
