The front desk lady is extremely nasty. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude before. No professionalism at all. Never greeted me when I walked in. Came to drop off a food delivery and she berated me when I came back to the lobby for going upstairs to deliver it to my customer. She said she assumed I was with another family who was walking in, meanwhile I had my branded delivery bag with me. She was so incredibly rude and scolded me like a child, what an absolute joke for a place of business.
Never stood here, and now I definitely won’t even think about it in the future. And it seems like I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with this lady.

The woman at the front desk asked if I was with a team, when I said yes, she was actually rude and instead of a pleasant checkin experience she took the time to lecture me about how the lobby closes at 8pm. She also said there is no food and alcohol allowed. People on this floor need to sleep. Why did she feel the need to tell me this? Bizarre and rude. I would never recommend this hotel based on that interaction. Rooms seem average. I’ll update if anything changes.

The woman at the front desk was rude upon arrival, I was using the hotel for my wedding guests (so we were bringing in a lot of business to begin with…) She treated me like I was dumb when I told her that I needed to check my bank app and there was no wifi- she said WiFi is only provided once you check into a room… This is bizarre to me- there should be wifi in the lobby for free… it started my wedding weekend off on the wrong foot..My grandparents also were belittled by the rude front desk woman earlier that day. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was fine. But the lady at the desk really made my blood boil. I actually had to go in today to pick up something that we left at the hotel last weekend, and she was there giving another girl a tough time about checking in… as she’s holding a baby and told the woman that she had a rehearsal dinner to get to… the woman offered no help, just a “I can’t help you” I’m sorry? That is NOT an acceptable response…I felt maybe I was being upset over my treatment but when I saw the same treatment being given to another young girl I knew I had to write something to warn others… please read reviews of this hotel before you book. Unfortunately we did not read the most recent reviews (poor management and rude lobby staff can be doing there too!)
Avoid this hotel unless you’d like to have a crappy experience at the desk

Wow, so I hardly ever leave reviews for places like this but your oh so LOVELY (sarcastically stated) front desk person/manager Linda has me inclined to leave a review. My husband and I both have an account with you (F&F) and I accidently book the reservation under my number not his. She not only was rude to my husband who showed up at the desk but then when I called to cancel the reservation, per the websites direction, she just proceeded to tell me she couldn't do anything to the reservation because it was a F&F rate. I tried to explain to her that the website was telling me I had to call to cancel and she would not listen and instead started to repeat herself. I hung up, tried to call back and when I tried to call back would not answer the phone. I've attempted to call multiple times and between just allowing it to ring I was hung up on 2 times. I kept getting hung up on by multiple people on your staff. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me no one hung up on me and I had to call Hilton. I once again explained myself and was eventually told it will eventually close and there was nothing to do with the reservation. I have personally never seen such rude and unprofessional behavior. I truly hope that you all get your staff under control because this is absolutely no way to conduct business.
