Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. The only thing that was kind of a problem was the way you had to get to the entrance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars – A True Home Away From Home During an Unthinkable Time Our stay at Hilton Home2 Suites came during one of the most stressful and emotional periods of our lives. My son needed an emergency surgery to lift his spine off of his left lung. When we learned that this specialized surgery was not available locally in Michigan, we suddenly found ourselves navigating an unfamiliar city, unsure where to stay or how to manage what would become a long hospital journey. From the moment we arrived, this hotel became more than just a place to sleep, it became our refuge. If you are looking for a truly restful stay where the staff is genuinely kind, the facilities are reliable, and everything simply works, this is the place to book. The experience here is truly turnkey and thoughtfully designed for comfort, especially during extended stays. One of the biggest factors for us was location. This Hilton Home2 Suites is only 8 minutes from St. Peter’s Hospital, which was absolutely critical since my son is in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and will be there for over a week, followed by another week of post-operative monitoring nearby. Knowing we were close brought immense peace of mind. We traveled as a family with my wife, our toddler, and our teenager, and I cannot say enough about how accommodating this hotel has been for all of us. The 24/7 coffee and tea station has been a lifesaver during early mornings and late nights. The breakfast options are plentiful, and everyone in our family found something they enjoyed every morning. The amenities truly stand out. The indoor heated pool is beautiful and fully stocked with towels. The gym is excellent, and I was thrilled to finally try a Peloton, which helped me manage stress during this intense time. Having washer and dryer access on site has been invaluable for a two-week stay, allowing us to pack lighter and feel more at ease. Our room is beautiful and incredibly well-equipped. Having a full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and hot plates allowed us to have groceries delivered and cook meals, which helped us significantly cut costs while staying long term. Being able to wash clothes, cook real food, and live normally made a world of difference. The room also has a very large TV, ample desk space for remote work, and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Despite being right near the highway, we noticed no excessive noise at all. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing us to sleep in until 9 a.m. each morning, which we deeply appreciated after long hospital days. The hotel is also incredibly convenient. Walmart and Target are within a mile, a gas station is within walking distance, and I was able to take a short Lyft ride to Enterprise for transportation needs. There is plenty of parking on site and a lovely fire pit that adds to the welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the staff. Even though we had just met, they made us feel cared for, supported, and at home. Their kindness during such an emotional roller coaster meant more than they will ever know. Housekeeping has been excellent, the common areas are clean and well-maintained, and every interaction has been pleasant and warm. We were originally recommended this hotel by the Institute of Spine & Scoliosis based on other families’ positive experiences, and now I fully understand why. I am beyond grateful for this stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hilton Home2 Suites to anyone, especially families facing medical stays or extended travel. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely, well appointed suites and lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good if you are really well acquainted with New Brunswick, Rte 1 and Rte 18, otherwise it's an absolute nightmare to find the entrance. I came in from out of state to attend an event and drive by it twice, without being able to find the entrance. After being rerouted twice, I eventually parked across the busy entry way to route 1 and dodged traffic on foot to get to the hotel.

Pro’s: - breakfast is good - rooms in decent shape - plenty of parking Con’s: - the location of the hotel is in the middle of multiple freeways that curve around it so there is no walking anywhere and when leaving the hotel you’re immediately in traffic - freeway noise in the room

TVs didn’t work in the room, front desk was calling our room late at night while asleep and early again in the morning while still asleep to accuse us of being loud and making too much noise - again, family of 5 and we were all sleeping, they’re waking us up to let me know that someone was complaining about us, and they obviously had the wrong room. Very annoying. Please get facts straight before making calls at 7am to people’s rooms.
