TVs didn’t work in the room, front desk was calling our room late at night while asleep and early again in the morning while still asleep to accuse us of being loud and making too much noise - again, family of 5 and we were all sleeping, they’re waking us up to let me know that someone was complaining about us, and they obviously had the wrong room. Very annoying. Please get facts straight before making calls at 7am to people’s rooms.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Home2 Suites in New Brunswick! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I especially want to give a shout-out to the front desk clerk, Keion. He was absolutely awesome — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. His warm attitude and excellent customer service made me feel right at home.
Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a great place to stay with outstanding staff!

I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten my wallet inside a shopping bag that I left in the room. I called the front desk immediately and explained the situation. They told me there was no such bag in the room, even though I was absolutely certain I left it there — I even remembered debating whether to throw it away or take it with me when leaving.
When I asked them to check the security cameras, they told me they could only do that if the police got involved, which I found very unhelpful and dismissive. What made this worse is that my partner drove an entire hour back to the hotel to look for the bag himself. He asked the manager to come with him to the trash area — and unbelievably, he found my wallet inside the garbage can.
This whole situation shows a complete lack of honesty and professionalism from the staff. If my partner hadn’t gone back, my wallet (with all my personal documents and money) would have been gone forever. I’ve stayed in many hotels before, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I will definitely never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Really appreciated the service here. My second night had a loud party underneath my floor. Called the front desk and within a couple of minutes the situation was taken care of. My last day I requested a late check out and Keion was so gracious and courteous. I rushed out and forgot to check out and he called to double check to see if I was still in the room. Service was on point. It was a no hassle stay. Much appreciated and will return.

The staff at this location are incredibly sweet. We checked in with Kevin, Emma and Nara. They made us feel welcome, the check in process was super easy and our dog Titan loved them. Rooms are very large and clean but the beds were a bit hard for our liking. Would stay here again. Thank you New Brunswick Team!!
