I interacted with Khalifa, Zena and Connor and all were so accomodating and such a pleasure. Everyone was so friendly and the hotel looks so beautiful and festive for the holidays. I will always stay here. It truly makes you feel like you’re at home. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

We made reservations on line, they sent us a virtual key and told us we did not have to go to the desk. And we checked out via the phone. Me personally, I do not consider that good service. As I had no contact with any staff member. However the online service was good.

- TTTOct 24, 20252.0This hotel is feet away from 295 so all night long, traffic noise is horrendous. They furnish all rooms with ear plugs if that gives you a sense what a problem this is. A dated building. Lots of better options around in same price range. If you value sleep, go somewhere else
