We made reservations on line, they sent us a virtual key and told us we did not have to go to the desk. And we checked out via the phone. Me personally, I do not consider that good service. As I had no contact with any staff member. However the online service was good.

I feel inclined to leave 2 stars due to the front desk representative pretending to have cancelled my duplicate reservation that was clearly an online error and then refusing my refund with priceline. I'm glad Priceline was able to take care of it. Definitely won't be returning.
