This was a really nice hotel. However the management was not available at all. I asked several times to speak to a manager and not once did they contact me. The front desk agents should be the managers they did a lot more than the managers did to help me know that they were going to help. I even called the 1800 number and they created 2 cases and I never received any call.

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Dangerous Experience
I had a very bad and dangerous experience at this hotel.
I was charged $35 for food and clearly informed staff that I cannot eat pork because I have a serious allergy. I was told there was no bacon in the sandwich. This was not true — bacon was hidden inside, and I only realized after eating it.
This put my health at serious risk. Giving false information about food ingredients after being informed of an allergy is extremely dangerous and unacceptable.
In addition, the booking experience was misleading and staff did not take responsibility for the issue.
I do not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. I am still requesting a full refund.

When we got there our room smelled like smoke so we requested for a new room, our next room had a stink bug. We stayed for 3 nights for a tournament and all 3 nights people were slamming doors yelling in the hallway. I called the front office 5 x and they did nothing. I told the manager I wanted a refund for night 1 and she said all she do is give me 20% back (my taxes), which is ridiculous bc if I am a Hilton member. The pool was dirty. The hotel smelled like smoke. I requested an extra plastic garbage bag and told me they wouldn’t bring it to me I had to come downstairs to grab it. I have been to many Hilton hotels and this was by far the worst Hilton.I would not recommend.

Nice people running it, quick to address any concerns including noise related ones. Room's fine, it's clean and nice enough looking, the furniture and fixtures haven't been noticeably abused at all, everything works fine. Yeah it's older maybe but from what I've observed it's far from run down, and for all the spots I've traveled to in the greater philly area lately you could definitely do a lot worse than this place. Might be older but it hasn't set off my allergies at all, compared to newer but poorly maintained hotels around.
Didn't have any pet odors in my room so maybe I just got one that's never been inhabited by any, idk why people don't just find pet sitters anyway, I get why hotel chains would oblige accommodating them but it's not appropriate to expose others to the risk of lingering fleas and ticks and parasites and the very real danger of toxoplasmosis, and poorly trained dogs getting aggressive on strangers who paid good money for a safe place to stay, but anyways we get what we put up with I guess
Plenty of parking and a well lit lot, elevators work great and they're easy to access from whichever entrance you take
Bathroom doesn't have a fan but I haven't noticed any mold either so that's fortunate, might have to run the AC to cycle out the humidity if ya like long showers
Maybe I just got lucky and there's actually some rooms in rough shape.. but if you notice problems the first night then I don't doubt they'd be happy to change your room, the front desk staff aren't unreasonable
Only thing I can't understand is the need to place guests in rooms right next to each other during weeks of low occupancy, society hasn't become anymore courteous heading into 2026, and if it's not that busy we could easily be spared having to put up with the unpleasantness other people's loudmouth kids and booming TVs coming thru the walls after 10pm, the few guests capable of acting appropriately in a shared space don't deserve to lose sleep or be put under stress by the ones that feel entitled for themselves and their hellspawn to disturb the peace

Hate to bash on a place, but when they operate this illogically I have to do it. We had a pre-paid reservation that was non-refundable. Because of weather we were planning to postpone our arrival by a day rather than travelling through a snow storm. I called the hotel to inform them that I planned to arrive a day late, I did not ask for money back for the night we weren't staying (acknowledging that it was a non-refundable reservation), but wanted to make sure that my reservation was intact (as well as allowing them to rent out the room that night since we wouldn't be there). We were told that this would have the effect of being a "no show" (even though we called them to inform them of what was happening), our reservation would be cancelled, and we would have to re-book and double pay for our room (the non-refundable cancelled reservation and for our new reservation). I asked to speak to a manager and there was no manager for the entire day. I was given the number for a Hilton call center that confirmed this is the outcome of my request. All because we were going to show up a day late for the room that we had already paid for.....illogical outcome for a hotel that already has the money, and extremely poor customer service.
