Stayed here for two nights when we visited during holidays, it’s good in general, except the rooms we were staying can use some maintenance , we stayed in a connecting rooms, one of our room’s doors have to push really hard to get it closed , it’s so frustrating when you have a dog staying in the room and have to go out for potty breaks, especially in the early morning and night, it makes loud noise and waking everyone up,and the other room’s shower head has been slowly dripping for hours and we had to put a used towel underneath so we didn’t have to hear the dripping sound, and also if you are a light sleeper it might not the right place for you .

This hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are stocked with comfortable furniture and very nice showers. The entire staff is polite and do their jobs well. The real star of the show is Jayden at the front desk. He is extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He genuinely takes pride in his job, which is rare, and takes care of his guests. He is a true asset to the Hampton and Hilton brand. Thank you, Jayden, for making a 4 day business trip enjoyable.

This was not my first time staying at this hotel, It is a welcoming and quiet location. This week, I stayed for five nights. They only do housekeeping every other day, which is fine, however, our room was clean only once. The front desk staff had to bring us towels two times. One of those occasions we did have our do not disturb up however we did ask the front desk if they could still clean the room and he said yes he will talk to the housekeeping staff that never happened. The next cleaning day we were out of that room at 9 AM and when we return at 6 PM the room had not been cleaned. We had to throw out our own garbage basically we cleaned our own room when I asked the front desk to give me some sort of a credit and he checked with the manager. They stated that upon further investigation with their housekeeping staff, they tried to enter the room both times and our sign was up that is not true. The front desk staff, while they are nice, are very young and not very helpful. I am annoyed at the fact that I spent so much money and I had to clean my own room. Be on the lookout the housekeeping staff is not wonderful either.
