Because of my disability recommended I get a room near the door with handicap right out front on the first floor, perfect for me since I have MS and Mobility kind of poor. Love getting in the room and seeing my name up on the TV! That's a cool touch I haven't seen in any of the other hotels.

The only thing was that the microwave was broken and the coffee maker was a little dirty but it was a nice stay. The bathroom was nice as well. I like the lotion they had as well. The free full breakfast was also nice. All in all good place to stay.

I was greeted on the phone by a young lady by the name of nana before check in and she gave me the whole rundown very clearly and very well of what to expect. The following day I was greeted at the front desk by nana who I had a great conversation with for a few minutes before I headed upstairs to my room. Overall the customer service and the hotel as a whole get 10/10 from me and I will be recommending this hotel to my friends back in Wisconsin.
