Acho bem ruim quando um hotel anuncia que tem limpeza diária e chego a noite e está sem a limpeza e arrumação prometida. Mas, de defeito grave, só tenho esse a narrar. Estacionamento amplo. Café da manhã bom para os padrões americanos. Estação de wafle com vários toppings: chantilly, chocolate, nozes... Senti falta de um iogurte só e de cream cheese ou queijo. Elevadores velhos, mas funcionam e são poucos andares.

What keeps us coming back year after year are the people, especially Bill and Na Na at the front desk. They are the true superstars of this hotel. Their warmth, their patience, and the way they make you feel seen the moment you walk through the door sets the tone for your entire stay. They greet you like you are family, not just another reservation. They answer every question with care, they move with purpose, and they carry a spirit of hospitality that you cannot teach. Their presence alone elevates the entire experience. And to be fair, every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which speaks to the culture of the hotel. This is why we keep coming back without hesitation. When people genuinely care about their guests, it shows. Bill and Na Na are gems, and Hampton Inn is blessed to have them. Thank you for making our holiday visits feel special every single year.

Because of my disability recommended I get a room near the door with handicap right out front on the first floor, perfect for me since I have MS and Mobility kind of poor. Love getting in the room and seeing my name up on the TV! That's a cool touch I haven't seen in any of the other hotels.
