To keep it short when I walked to my room it was the strongest cat urine smell I have ever smelt and we could smell it in our room. We found out there is a person living in that room for over 6 years. I still.cant belive this is a hilton hotel as a previous diamond member I am still shocked. The front desk offered me points which was nice but I would recommend shutting it down if you can't get the person removed. I would add that the breakfast was very good and the front desk women was very helpful. HILTON GET YOUR HOUSE SQUARED AWAY.
- MLMichael liquindoliNov 25, 20251.0No offense, just fyi I stay in hiltons 200 plus nights a year , the urine smell on the first floor I dealt with with but my fire alarm going over Tuesday - Friday morning for no reason and not one worker contacting me I contacted them first time they didn’t seem to care so I dealt with it and I just told myself we’ll deal with the week and me or ppl I work with will not come back here as we have other jobs that we’ll need a hotel to stay in in coming weeks . I’m standing on chairs trying to get fire alarm off I’m putting towels down in bathroom on bottom of door hoping alarm doesn’t go off. Turns out it does . Not recommended
- RRRobert RobbinsNov 21, 20255.0Staff tell me this hotel is scheduled for a renovation. It is apparent that it is due, but nothing to the extent that detracted from our stay. And we’ve been here six days so far. Some chair legs are wobbly. And we needed help getting a window closed. No big deals. All kitchen appliances work well. Thermostats kept room at an accurate temp. There is a sleeper sofa and an arm chair. Neither was quite like my La-Z-Boy at home. But a couple of throw pillows made them fine. I’ll give the bed an okay review. My wife thought it was great. I prefer a bit softer for by bad discs. No one bed can please every kind of sleeper. I wish it was more of a pillow top style. My wife does not. Breakfast is great. There is a wide variety of hot and cold options. Even with the rising cost of fresh fruit, there is plenty of it. Magdalena is there eve morning to get the coffee out early and she is so sweet. And, in my opinion, people really make the experience. Dave was so helpful and efficient at the front desk. Each time we needed to extend our stay in a nearly full hotel, he was able to keep us in our room. Dave is great. Also Paola is ready with a broad smile in an any situation. That is so nice to see. Her positivity is a great asset for the hotel. Harriman State Park is nearby and is where we did a lot of hiking. Beautiful, well- maintained park. We saw very many deer, turkey and eagles every day.
