    The rooms were very nice and reasonable but we had issue getting into our room after midnight with our key and breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10 so we missed it and were disappointed

    This location is very convenient. Shops in the area in case you forget to bring something . Restaurants are within walking distance the staff is friendly as well. Rooms are clean. This is one of my favorite locations.

    We stayed as two adults and two one year old infants. Prior to booking the hotel, requested in the reservation, and upon arriving we requested two pack and plays. When we arrived to the room we were pleasantly surprised to see they were already there still folded up. Upon unfolding them, we immediately called down as one was covered in feces and mucous. Not just a little - all over. I asked for sheets for the other one. They did not have any. I asked for another pack and play - they did not have one. I went down to see what could be done and they told me nothing very rudely. We had to go to Target next door and spend $110 on a pack and play we used once. Almost the cost of the room. Upon checkout I brought this up and the receptionist asked for my info to contact me. They never did. I also called to speak with the manager to make sure it was thrown away and no other families had to go through what we did at 9 pm. No response or call back. - My recommendation, if you’re a family with toddlers/infants, stay far away.

    If you forget anything in the room, don’t expect to get it back. Forgot $30 worth of products in the bathroom (2 brand new bottles), and a charger adapter on the night stand. Was told they were not found or housekeeping threw them away. Awful level of service provided by the Hampton Inn, Linden NJ! The hotel knows who stayed in the room, and has contact info for the guest. For certain the bathroom products had to have been found as they were big bottles sitting on the side of the tub, yet the hotel didn’t call or email to inform us, or ask if we wanted to come collect them or have them disposed of.

    Extremely Disappointing Stay – No Housekeeping, No Towels! I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. There was no housekeeping at all during my stay — no room cleaning, no trash pickup, and not even a single towel change. When I went to the front desk to ask for fresh towels, I was told they didn’t have any available. I mean… what kind of hotel doesn’t have towels? This is basic hospitality. For the price they charge, I expected at least the minimum level of service, but they couldn’t even provide essentials. Definitely would not recommend staying here until they fix these serious issues. I expect financial compensation for the trouble we went thru there.. it was horrible
