    I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I stayed only one night, but somehow I ended up with two fraudulent charges on my card 4 days later— one for $756 and another for $811. In 4 minutes apart. The front desk saw me, had my ID, and knew I checked out the next day, yet they claimed someone else used a card “under my name” with the wrong expiration date. That makes no sense. The manager told me he would “take care of it,” but nothing was ever done. A month later, the charges were still there. When I went back for help, the front desk simply told me to call some random number instead of actually assisting me. This situation was frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional. I should not be dealing with fraud after a simple one-night stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on this experience.

    Intéressant dans l'ensemble. Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt complet et à volonté. J'ai perdu malheureusement une chaussure que personne n'aurait retrouvé. Dommage.
