The hotel is a nice hotel. Has a lot of good amenities. Fitness center has all the equipment you need. Service I thought was lacking. They didn’t recognize me as a Hilton diamond member. They did not have the restaurant open. Very poor selection in breakfast also.

Excellent Customer Service - Especially Inga at Front Desk!!! Bar and Restaurant nice, and open until 10. Would be nice if it were open later, but that is common. Great location and close to Rider University, Shopping, and Freeways.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The hotel itself was rundown—musty elevator, dirty hot water for tea, and even lotion instead of conditioner in the shower—but the real issue was the manager, John. A kind friend sent my son (recovering from surgery) chocolate-covered strawberries. The driver left them with John and even provided a photo. When I asked for them, John shrugged, claimed they were left “somewhere else,” and basically told me they were gone. No apology, no sympathy, no effort to make it right. Just complete indifference. For a manager to treat guests this way is disgraceful and speaks volumes about the lack of customer service at this hotel. If this is how Hilton trains its managers, they need to start over. A halfway decent manager would have at least said “I’m sorry,” offered a drink, or wished my son well. Instead, John’s dismissive attitude was the cherry on top of an already awful stay.

We stay here a lot. We enjoy that our room is always tidy and well stocked and the beds are comfy and sheets/towels are clean. We especially appreciate the service. The hotel is not new- so you are going to see cosmetic flaws in the carpet, shower, and counters. But when something does not work (which is going to happen in any hotel) you want it fixed asap and this place does that. We have had issues with the toilet and the safe on some stays and the management sends someone immediately. If we ask them to come when we are out - that’s what happens. Superb service. I also like the bar area and service there. I have asked for coffee when it is out and they make it right away. Just really great service. The rooms are clean and comfortable but nothing special— but I just need someplace to sleep and relax when I travel. Their service is special so that is why I keep coming back.
