We arrived before the official check-in time, and instead of making us wait around like most hotels do, they accommodated us right away with no issues at all. The front desk (Javi), guest services, and the building engineer were all extremely attentive and genuinely friendly. The room was spotless, clean, and very well kept. I stayed one night with my family and we originally planned to stay elsewhere for our last night in the city, but our experience here was so pleasant that we decided to extend our stay at Home2Home Hasbrouck Heights. They truly made us feel right at home 😊

The gem of it all was Jahvi, she was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and genuinely made my wife and I feel taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone like Jahvi who combines knowledge with such a warm & positive attitude, and I truly appreciated it. Looking forward to staying here again!
