He wanted to swim so I this location to confirm whether or not the indoor was heated and Ana was very rude and stated, “ it’s an indoor pool; of course it’s heated”. The pool was freezing, we wound up booking a hotel for the pool and it not even being heated as claimed.

The bathroom sink worked fine. The ice machine on our floor was broken & had to go to another floor for the ice.

They put a hold on my card, for damage purposes, it was released to me and they charged me 93.84. After calling, it was disclosed it was for parking (which was not disclosed before hand) the advertisements say free parking. They did say they would refund the 93.84 for the inconvenience. I would absolutely stay here again.
