- BLBayard L1 day ago3.0Service was fantastic, but the shimmering gilded appearance of the lobby hides deceptively lackluster rooms. One of the poorer Hiltons I’ve experienced. Restaurant has better food options than similar hotels. Lobby has no chairs with a direct view of the outside doors/shuttle. Towels are in the shower. Seems like a mold/mildew risk and typically only seen at lower end hotels (with normal sized showers). The bedside lights seem to be missing the diffusion panel/cover and are blinding bright when laying down in bed. The body wash was 99% empty. Dirt/mold on the shower ventilation. Coffee maker and glasses awkwardly positioned inside a drawer.

This evening I was overcharged the rate when I normally use the Hilton parking, however Ms. Vay respectfully educated me that the normal pricing of $10 plus tax is for under 6 hours and after that to my surprise it is an additional cost. Also, I was advised it is best to pay at the front desk, rather than submitting payment at the gate. She then kindly compensated me with complimentary parking for one day and advised she would submit for reimbursement of $33.18. A Sincere note of Thanks to you Ms. Vay. 👍🏾 Jan 2, 2026.
- EEErgun ErDec 27, 20251.0Huge disappointment. I had a fully prepaid, non-refundable reservation, but due to a severe snowstorm I arrived one day late. Despite having available rooms, the front desk staff Saniyah and the manager Kevin refused to accommodate me in any way and left me stranded in dangerous weather conditions. This location showed zero customer service or empathy. Being turned away during a snowstorm is unacceptable. Hilton is a global brand, but this specific location completely failed to meet even the most basic hospitality standards. I will never spend my money at any Hilton property anywhere again.

Very expensive, but that's what I expected. The king room was spacious, which was nice. The mysterious stains on the walls and furniture were not nice.

Breakfast was adequate, but the dining area could be better maintained. Tables were not cleared promptly, and dirty plates were left stacked in one corner. At one point, plates and cutlery also ran out during breakfast service. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay near the airport, though improvements in staffing, cleanliness, and room upkeep would enhance the guest experience.
