Room was clean, bed was comfy, gym was surprisingly well-equipped. But truly the worst service I’ve received at a hotel ever. Every person we interacted with was actively unpleasant. There are like 30 hotels in this area and price range. Stay at one of them instead.

Stayed there from Nov 2 to Nov 8. Overall, ok experience with good value for money, but certain things about it can be very frustrating.
On the plus side, location is great, a big mall is across the street and it's 5 mins away from the airport, rooms are spacious and bathroom looks recently renovated. Price is also fair and there is a big gym and swimming pool.
Having said that, there were some things not pleasant. The breakfast is really mid; soggy eggs, artificial juice, not fresh. Staff could be more hospitable; more smiles would make a lot of difference. When we arrived, the elevator buttons at the lobby were not working. The receptionist told us to take our luggage to the second floor using the stairs and take the elevator from there. Not the best answer to provide a guest when it's your elevator that is broken. Also, the lobby had a very bad smell. They need to use different detergents or something. Cleaning the room every other day is also not done thoroughly. They just change the towels and make the bed.
I think if they work on these comments, they can attract more guests and have higher rating

Avoid this hotel! Sheets were dirty, not changed. Human hair everywhere. Sheets, pillows and even towels. When I asked for another room, they said they didn’t have one… it was 11 pm at night, they can only send someone to change the sheets. No reimbursements. Avoid the stress, go to another hotel.
Edit: they didn’t have anyone to chage the sheets, I had to ask for clean sheets and change them myself haha

Pros: Close to public transport to get to NYC
Cons:
- Front desk receptionist was rude, irritated, and frankly disgusting. The guy coughed in my face several times and tried to rush me. Note to staff: You're facing customers who have been on long flights and are exhausted. Be patient and have courtesy.
- The rooms could use maintenance; it looked outdated and had visible cracks and stains especially in the bathroom.
Overall, it felt like a 2 star hotel. I recommend paying more to stay at a nicer hotel with better service.

For one night it’s okay, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything the other people next to you are doing. Also the workers are weird. I had a lady pushing a housekeeping cart scream at me when I got off the elevator and I didn’t even do anything to her. Freaking mental people working here. Also the bed is not very comfortable and the pillows are hard as a rock. Also wish the kitchen bistro was open earlier than 3:30pm. The AC in the room wasn’t working. The elevators are so slow , I just went ahead and took the stairs because people were waiting forever for the elevator to get to our floor. With all that being said , I wouldn’t stay here again.
