When I went downstairs the next morning at 4:37am I was told the shuttle just left. I asked what happened to the schedule and the woman behind the counter dismissed me and said, “they don’t do that anymore”. Now I’m rushed to get to the airport. These people are the worst. The hotel is mediocre but clean and convenient to the airport.

Big cons of staying here: I checked in through the Hilton app but requested keys when I arrived, they didn't check my ID, they just took my word on my room number and gave me keys. I could have asked for keys to any room. The room was not very clean, the area outside the front door also had a lot of garbage outside. There was no coffee in the morning (445a). Lastly the shuttle ride was not great, the vehicle was not in great shape and the driver also did not seem safe, crossing lines and cutting off cars.

Thanks also to Aria for being so accommodating with making food for everyone; even though she had a long day. When it was time for her to be officially closed, she still took care of the order for a hungry guest! Her kindness was really appreciated.😊

Wir haben die halbe Nacht auf die reservierten Babybetten gewartet, die sie überhaupt nie hatten. Eine Hilfe haben Sie uns nicht angeboten, es war ihr einfach egal und sie wurde frech. Natürlich können wir hier nicht schlafen!!!!!! Achja, das Zimmer ist dreckig, die Toilette funktioniert nicht. Katastrophe!
