Rooms are a bit worn and tattered with dirty and stained sofa and chair cushions. The paint was peeling and scratched on door trim, etc. The pillows were old, worn and flat. The toilet seat was loose. I called the operator for a feather free firmer foam pillow and was told basically you get what you get and all of our pillows are the same. The bartender and breakfast omelette cook had horrible attitudes. The soliciting of tips was outright obnoxious. I am a generous tipper but didn't need the tip jar pushed and slammed down in front of me before receiving my drink. The front desk check in person was decent at check in. The pool was inop. The workout area is small.

We arrived late at night and were greeted with quite an unpleasant surprise. As we parked, one of the rooms had its curtains wide open, and the guests inside were engaged in a very intimate moment—something my kids didn’t need to see. I reported it to the front desk, and while I understand they can’t control their guests’ actions, the staff could have at least shown some concern. The next morning, we went down for breakfast, and the staff immediately told me my toddler needed shoes—even though I was carrying her and she wasn’t walking around. It’s interesting what they choose to enforce and what they don’t. The lack of care and misplaced priorities made this stay uncomfortable. We will not be returning to this location. To add while I’m at it: • Trash cans throughout the property were full • Breakfast the second day was awful • No clean silverware available • Tables weren’t being cleaned between guests • Staff was consistently rude • I paid far too much for such half‑hearted service

The Good: The room and hotel were clean; although due for some updating. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The ice machine, elevator, doors, everything worked well. The bed despite being a double fit my height well enough and I was able to fall asleep easily. There was plenty of parking at the hotel was located for easy highway and airport access. The Bad: The rooms are in need of general maintenance. One of the curtains in my suite had come out of the track and because it was so high up, I wasn't able to close it all the way and had to get creative to blocking all the light. Also, the tub/shower needed a longer curtain, or to be updated to a proper walk-in shower. My first night in the room I could clearly hear my neighbor snoring - almost like he was in the room with me - but I didn't hear much noise at all the rest of the week. So either the walls need some more insulation, or those were some epic snores. The Ugly: There wasn't anything that would prevent me from staying here again.

Expect to here planes taking off every 2 minutes. If you plan to bring a car to this facility, dont. The parking arrangements are terrible. We were told to park in the handicap spots and in emergency fire zones. We ended up having to park on a curb in mulch. Front desk staff were not pleasant or helpful either. Too many other options in the area, to ever have to stay at this location again. This has alter our perception of Embassy Suites.

Used for their airport shuttle service. It was an hour each way. Staff mentioned the driver being always late and drinking. Saw the shuttle at the Hampton Inn across the street go by 3x so there was not a traffic issue. Due to leaving the country, allowed ourselves 4 hrs at the airport but this almost made us become late. The driver then stopped at each terminal chatting with friends on the way there. Upon return, had to call and be placed on hold after again waiting an hour for pickup at P4. Leaving was just a nightmare as no one lifted the gate and I rang x10 on the call box for assistance. My husband had to go inside and have someone lift the gate who stated " oh you need to ring the call box " after stating we did they then mentioned they had also stepped away for several minutes and not informed another employee. I will never return to this establishment and waste my time or money again.
