    Any establishment that serves "bagged coffee" with breakfast deserves no more than 1 star! The pool area has a functional hot tub. I was snowed-in here once before, so it's not my first visit. Not much has changed.

    When first walking in the lobby was dirty. Rooms weren’t clean. There was trash left on the floor and in the shower from the people before. There wasn’t any bedding for the pull out bed and when we called from the room to ask they made us go downstairs to get it instead of bringing it to us. Most of the staff was rude. Breakfast wasn’t good.

    Place was dirty, we saw a fingernail on the floor for 3 days. Staff was rude, except front desk. Breakfast was not good. Bar was not open at all. Overall filthy. Would never stay there again. I could keep going…

    Most mismanaged hotel we have ever stayed at. We had pre-paid parking but they oversold their parking to people who were flying out from the nearby airport. Not a single parking spot was available during our 4 days of stay. Also no housekeeping of the rooms even once in four days. We even called the front desk and asked for it, still nothing. The breakfast area was a commotion EVERYDAY with no plates, no coffee and empty food containers. The management clearly does not care about their guests' experience. You can find much better places for the same money. Horrible experience.

    We had a confirmed reservation for this hotel, but when we arrived, we were told that all rooms were full and that there was no room available for us. They refunded our payment, but simply told us to “look for another hotel nearby.” This was extremely frustrating, especially after traveling and expecting a confirmed booking to be honored. A reservation should guarantee a room. Being left without accommodation upon arrival is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you need reliability.
