The couch is stained the whole hotel is disgusting then I had loud neighbors. I had to call down three times to the front desk. They did nothing. I have 17 pictures of the wall paper peeling off the wall....the mold in the grout and bathroom...: the stains on the rugs and furniture.

A staff member recently went above and beyond to help us cancel very last minute I did not get the woman’s name at the front desk, who helped us, but she was so kind, caring and thoughtful of our situation. So grateful for her assistance. Highly recommend this hotel, not only for the accommodating staff, but it’s always so clean and the breakfast is great. When we are back in the area, we will certainly be staying here! Thank you!
