The cleaning service manager penny pinches every chance she gets. We was forced to pay an extra full night because we was checking out that same morning , by just a few minutes past 11am and didn’t give a 48 hour notice .she could of gave us a late checkout as the next person wouldn’t check in until 3 pm . We was told nothing about a 48 hour in advance to checkout ! The pool is freezing making it unbearable to even swim in. The grills outside don’t work the fire pit pit dont work either . Never staying there again. If my comment is deleted again I’ll come back and re write it .

The manager of the cleaning service act like she is doing a favor with the prices when staying long term, which she don’t because she penny pinch every chance she get .They are charging full price and the pool is freezing , unbearable to even swim in , the fire pit outside don’t work , the grill outside don’t work either . She made us pay full price for one last night because we didn’t tell her we was checking out 48 prior! She could have gave us a late checkout but because she penny pinch ,she didn’t . Such a waist of money at this place !
