My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edison, NJ while attending an event in the area and we had a great experience staying there.
The hotel was spotless. The staff were incredibly courteous and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed... including a fridge and microwave, which came in handy. Also super cool was a functional, well-equipped business center so I was able to get work done as well.
The location is also a big plus. It’s right off the freeway and within a 10-minute drive to a wide variety of stores and restaurants, so everything we needed was easily accessible.
Overall, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
Definitely a solid 5-star experience.

I am disappointed to share that my recent experience with Hilton did not meet the level of customer service I expect from a brand of this reputation. While the property itself was well-maintained, the customer service was poor and unprofessional. As I am a diamond member, my account was suspended due to two reservations made and I payed for one and the customer service asked me to pay for the other one which was made by my manager and wasn’t used due to I was to be there alone
During my stay, staff members were dismissive and unresponsive to concerns that were clearly communicated. Issues were not addressed in a timely manner, and there was a noticeable lack of accountability and courtesy. As a guest, I did not feel valued, which is especially concerning given Hilton’s longstanding reputation for hospitality and service excellence.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in additional staff training to improve communication, professionalism, and guest relations. With better customer service, this location has the potential to provide a much stronger experience.
I drove into Vermont to visit my a few of my friends and booked this hotel to celebrate a birthday. Overall we had a great stay. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. I brought a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake to surprise her and asked if they could bring plates, napkins, forks, champagne flutes, and extra towels up to our room — everything was delivered promptly and with a smile.
The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable. This also seems to be the nicest hotel in the immediate area and is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and entertainment options, which made our stay even better.
The only thing I found a bit odd was having to pay $12 to park in the hotel’s own parking lot. While not a dealbreaker, it was unexpected.
Overall, a lovely experience with excellent service and a great location.
Terrible quality as well as terrible staff. When I checked in they told me the time breakfast is served and in the mornjng after I got my plate they questioned if my breakfast is included with the room. After checking they attempted to charge me and I told them I do not wish to pay and checked out early. I have never been to a hotel that didn't include breakfast.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edison for a quick overnight trip and it was a solid choice. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with a comfy bed and good A/C. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
I liked that it’s close to the highway and lots of restaurants, so it was easy to grab dinner and get back on the road. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and the little fridge and microwave in the room were handy. Breakfast was basic but decent — hot coffee, eggs, and a few options to start the day.
Overall, a reliable, no-fuss hotel for a business trip or a stopover. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
