- BOBilly OSep 23, 20253.0Bartender can use a class in being nice . Upon getting off the elevator noticed dirty carpet. It’s the little things that people notice that counts and it’s an easy fix . The entry into the hotel and elevator were clean . The rooms were ok but had Thin Walls .
- CBChristine BSep 22, 20253.0I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor with 2 queen beds. I really loved the location, room was clean and the service was pretty good. The most important thing to me is always the quality of the bed but since I was attending a group event, I could not choose my own hotel. It turned out that in my room, the mattresses were flat and hard. I believe the springs were totally worn. After I lay on the bed for about 30 minutes I started having pain in my hips. I endured the mattress for 2 nights and on the 3rd day requested a change to another room. I was given a king bed with a noticeably softer mattress however the damage was done. I actually had to see my doctor and go into physical therapy for my hip issue from that mattress. Its now been about a month and my hip is back to normal. I highly recommend that the mattresses get replaced in this hotel or the hotel at least offer mattress toppers.

Room 506 on 9/19/25 From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the exceptional service — every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both luxurious and comfortable. I highly recommend this Hilton location to anyone looking for a high-quality stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
