My first room had a broken heater and I’m from the south so I need heat lol! They had someone come check it out, confirmed it wasn’t working and brought me another key and checked me into a room super close. THANK YOU!!! The service is normally what keeps me coming back to Hilton. The rooms of course! Clean and ample in size.
