Ready to be junked, IMO. Spills, stains, rips, threads, scratches, cuts, overall, in abused condition. We were unpleasantly surprised (given the falsely advertised that the hotel was "Renovated". Honestly, I imagine that Goodwill and Salvation Army would not accept the items as donations.

Had a problem with the dishwasher it got replaced, I throw a couple of bucks down every Monday when my room gets cleaned it's perfect. My only complaint is there is one washing machine that's been broken for the 10 months I've been here and sometimes it takes me two or three trips to go downstairs and do my laundry

I can confidently say it was one of the most comfortable experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel’s attention to detail—from the excellent condition of the spacecous, well equipped and designed rooms to the thoughtful amenities that made my extended stay feel like home. For me thought what set this hotel apart was the gracious hospitality extended by the entire team. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, creating an atmosphere that was both welcoming and reassuring. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my extended stay was seamless and enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize the outstanding front desk team, who were the heart of this exceptional experience. Trish, Twanda , Robert and Bob, who consistently greeted me with bright smiles and kind words, no matter the time of day. Their attentiveness, efficiency, and willingness to assist with any request or concern made a lasting impression. Whether it was helping with local recommendations or swiftly resolving minor issues, they handled everything with grace and care. To the entire team at Homewood Suites in Dover, thank you for making my stay so pleasent. Your dedication to excellence and heartfelt hospitality did not go unnoticed.
