- DCD CNov 15, 20251.0Disaster. We checked in at 9pm on a Saturday and oh boy was this place a mess. It was so loud with music blaring in the lobby. We went to room on top floor and the whole hallway/floor STUNK of cigarette smoke. In addition, people were running around, yelling, and playing catch with a water bottle in the hallway. Avoid at all costs. As a gold member, I had to eat points on the room.

This was a one-night stay on a northbound trip, and there were good takeout options nearby and nice areas for walking our dog. Highly recommend this hotel for a good night’s rest and a hot breakfast before you get on your way!

- SSsophiaOct 10, 20255.0lovely and quiet hotel! the customer service is very helpful, the entire building and tools are very clean and modern. specific things I enjoyed: super hot water in the bath, great shower pressure, very comfortable bedding & mattress, strong heating and cooling systems, and good phone service (you can call the front desk if you have any questions or need assistance.) the only issue I encountered was being unable to access the wifi until I called to confirm my credentials, (they spelt my last name wrong in the system so I couldn't login for a bit,) but, regardless, my issues were handled by the staff very quickly on call, and it was a very enjoyable stay. good, highspeed wifi. highly recommend for a business trip. some hotel recommendations if staff ever needs any: 1- pillows are very big and fluffy, smaller/flatter options would be great for those who can't tolerate large pillows. 2- wish there was adult swim or cartoon network on the tv, but the nickelodeon, MTV and TLC options were nice. thank you hampton inn for the lovely stay and well-maintained hotel!!
