After they made a mistake with my room-service order, I was told that I would need to come downstairs to pick up the corrected order if I wanted what I had originally requested. When I went down to speak with the staff, I hoped for some understanding, but unfortunately they were quite unhelpful and did not offer any apology. They also insisted that they could not remove the room-delivery fee, even though the mistake was on their end.

I asked to go to the room a hour early just to decorate and they promised I would. At 2:00 they so call was just starting to clean the room. When I finally got in the room at 3:40 the sheets was still dirty and had yellow stain mark. 1 of the staff at the front desk was unprofessional. Breakfast was nasty. I called for room service 2 times and they haven't come. Im just over this stay. I wish I woulda booked for just 1 night. I really feel like they should give me half my money back because im not pleased at all😡

Huge shrimp, nice bay scallops and nice lump crab meat on top of pasta and a super cheesy sauce that I think might have had Old Bay in it. Out of this World! 🤩 Great parking, key coded doors and visible security at all hours of the day and night. Would definitely stay here again.

I called to address an unexpected additional $700 charge on my bank account, and the representative, Desiree, was rude and condescending. When I finally spoke with the manager, Lilliam, she promised to call me back with a resolution but never did. She also ignored my follow-up email, and when I called again, there was no proper apology — instead, I was transferred to someone else’s voicemail. I expected much better communication and professionalism from a Hilton property. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very unhappy and unlikely to return.
