- TTTJ4 days ago1.0The room smelled like it was painted in the last couple of days and not aired out at all. The room and top layer of sheets/pillows also had a slightly dusty feel to it. The ceiling in the bathroom was clearly in the middle of a spackling job. Also the ceilings/floor is very thin as you can hear people walking around above you. Breakfast was okay but very skippable. Would not recommend.

The Hampton Inn and Suites in Bridgewater has a great location and plenty of parking. They offer a hearty breakfast (standard fare). We stayed in their king suite. It had a very nice galley kitchen, living room space, desk, and ample bathroom. The shower was very nice. Plus, towels were plentiful and there were full soap and hair product dispensers. The hotel is quiet. One of my favorite areas was the pool (warm, but not sweltering) and the work-out center. Again, lots of towels available. Both were open for a bulk of the day, which was wonderful for early birds or night owls! (Note: there did not appear to be locker rooms.) The pool also has an accessibility chair for those who need one. The lobby was very inviting with a snack center, hot cider for free, a fireplace and decorations for the holidays. There even was a snowman with positive messaging! The staff were very kind and provided our family with everything they needed. A big shout-out to Kim who was very helpful and supportive when we needed to alter arrangements. No complaints. One suggestion - larger towels at the pool would be helpful - especially since there are no locker rooms to change. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns. This one scores as one of the best. Thank you for providing a nice mini-vacation for our family.

Well appointed modern and spacious rooms. Cozy bar and complimentary breakfast. Staff is friendly, courteous and very attentive.
- SZSmith ZOct 23, 20255.0This is a fantastic new hotel, quiet, clean, comfortable with friendly responsive staff. I used to stay at Marriott a lot until our company recently started using Hilton. Loren was great at check-in explained everything in details, very bubbly personality, Erin was great at the bar, very easy going and a calming relaxing personality, she helped us pick out a restaurant for dinner in the Somerville area. John at the desk was undoubtedly a seasoned standout. I stayed at 26 Hilton hotels this year and he was by far one on the most knowledgeable when i had issues with my digital key, and when I had questions about using my points to book additional nights, i never knew hilton had promos and challenges but he helped me registered for several promotions - and he helped me open a new Hilton Amex card "hope he gets credits for that" breakfast was great, location convenient, fitness center well equipped including a peleton bike, didn't get to use the pool; which was apparently heated. This will def. be my go to location for business.
