- CHCharlie HDec 20, 20255.0In town for a company Christmas party and had a really great stay. There was probably 12 of us at this location and everyone raved about it. Breakfast was good and rooms were spacious but that staff is what really made the stay exceptional. They are all so friendly and welcoming I. The most genuine way. It felt like family. I don't know the girls name who checked us in but she was very sweet. Arthur very helpful. Kim let us sit at the tables and talk until late in the night and didn't kick us out. She helped me pick a good ice cream and brought me a new key when I locked myself out of my room. Joyce checked us out and made sure we were happy with our stay. Josephine brought a smile to everyone's face at breakfast. I wish all of our hotel stays were like this.

I booked at the Hilton and Javier has helped me so much through this process. The buyers for my house promised to close on November 17th and now they don’t have their financing so the closing keeps getting pushed back day by day. Every day I call the Hilton to update my reservation and Javier has been so kind and understanding and because of him, making sure I have a place to put my head down during this crazy closing process has been the least of my worries. Thank you Javier and the Hilton desk staff for your excellent customer service!
