My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton in Bordentown, New Jersey, to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and unfortunately our experience was deeply disappointing. Despite reserving our room well in advance using 40,000 points, the room we had requested was not available upon arrival, and we were moved to another room.
The replacement room had multiple issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The shades were broken, the air conditioning did not function properly, the lamps and their built-in chargers didn’t work, and even the remote batteries were dead. The king bed felt small for the size, and the pillows were inadequate, making it difficult to rest comfortably.
We save our points for special occasions and meaningful experiences, and it felt like we lost a significant opportunity to celebrate our anniversary in the way we had planned. We share this review with humility and respect, hoping it reaches management so that steps can be taken to prevent future guests from facing similar issues. We would greatly appreciate the reinstatement of our points or some acknowledgment, as this experience did not reflect the level of service or care we have come to expect from Hilton.

The rooms are Hugh there a frigarayter and mic wave in the room. The room and bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There prices are average. It's near 6 flags about twelve miles away or maybe a littlemore. . There is also plenty of parking spots available. And pets are welcomed for a fee of $50.00 I believe and there is a laundry room there the prices for the clothes machines are $2.75 and there clothes dryers are also $2.75 for 60 minutes of drying.
